| This test adopt the LI-6400 photosynthetic apparatus to mensurate the photosynthetic physiology index of "Chuanzao 1"and"Shuling" aiming to study the photosynthetic physiology of woody hybrids for the physiological selection and the prediction of production effect for the rich woody hybridization theory, promote the use of lower production risks, initiate a reference. The main results are as follows:1. The diurnal variation of photosynthetic in Chuanzao 1,Shuling and CK all showed a single-peak curve. Pn in Chuanzao 1 and Shuling all were higher than the female parent and CK, the two former have the higher photosynthetic potential.2. Comparative analysis on Chuanzao 1,Shuling and CK among Tr,Gs,WUE,light energy utilization,Ls, the results shows that each parameter indexes in the two samples:Chuanzao 1 and Shuling have prominent manifestations.3. The main factor affecting the Pn in Chuanzao was the stomatal limitation. Gs, Ci,RH,Tr and PAR these factors were the major environment factors affecting the Pn in Chuanzao and Shuling.4. From the optical parameters can infer that Walnut is C3 plants. In the pilot plant of Qingbaijiang, Chuanzao 1 and Shuling had a strong maternal inheritance on the seed tree in photosynthetic characteristics, and then expanded the capacity of photosynthesis capacity of photosynthesis.5. From the influence gene got this management suggestions:Chuanzao 1 and Shuling had the higher Carbon dioxide utilization ability than their genetic parents. Water management in Shuling was more extensive than Chuanzao 1, and Chuanzao 1 needed more fertilizer condition than Shuling. The chlorophyll content of Shuling was highest, and Chuanzao 1.Chlorophyll content of different test species were significantly positively correlated with Pn (r= 0.78 *, n=18). There are some differences in chlorophyll activity among six samples. The chlorophyll activity of "Chuanzao 1", "Shuling" and "female parent" is higher than others. Correlation analysis indicated that there is a significant positive correlation between chlorophyll activity and Pn(r=0.86*, n=18). The chlorophyll content and activity may be a reference index but need combine the other index to integration stuying about the breed raise. |
