| Quickly and frugally drying timber and keeping good quality is the Scholars's important issue. Tradition drying methods consuming long, speed slower, and the negative temperature gradient impede moisture's penetration in the wood interior. However microwave drying as a new drying technology, it has distinctive drying mechanism with advantage of less energy waste, fast drying, dry products of high quality. At present China has a number of manufacturers introduction microwave drying technology in the actual production process, but it has the shortcomings of low intelligence, energy consumption, efficiency is not high, low quality. So,This is very significant what introduct intelligent control into method introduction microwave wood drying equipment.First this paper described the status of microwave drying and research directions, Principles of microwave drying, process of microwave wood drying, discussed the issue of automatic control.After this paper overall design microwave drying system, discussed the issue of regulation magnetron and sensor selection. And design a fuzzy controller which can be used in a microwave timber drying kiln. The fuzzy controller regards surface temperature of wood as the input selection,regards power of magnetron as the onput selection, and this disign established of fuzzy inference rules,careful chose membership functionIn the parameters of fuzzy controller,Quantitative factors Ke and Kec and scale factor Ku directly affect performance of fuzzy controller.To improve the controller performance,this paper optimized controller based on Chaos theory. To make convergence faster the process were divided into two stages.In the first stage by roughly searching find the sub-optima solution. In the Second Stage meticulous search for the the optimal Solution.At last this paper simulates control process of microwave wood drying using MATLAB programs. The results indicated that optimized system made the system have quick response,and well performance.This design introduced optimized fuzzy control in the microwave wood dring system design. If humanity will develop intelligent control equipment for microwave wood drying,it will have even broader prospects. |
