Polygonatum odoratum one for the bulk of Chinese herbal medicines,in Polygonatum odoratum processing, the Polygonatum odoratum rhizome buds, lateral buds, and small Polygonatum odoratum roots, because being unable to reach the medicinal products requirements to be a lot of waste. According to the characteristics of Polygonatum odoratum drug use as a dual-purpose type of plant food, using the sprout production Polygonatum odoratum scraps to make turning waste into wealth.In this experiment, the main cultivars of Hunan Zhushiweishen as material for research, analysis of the different Storage temperature, different stratification methods, different concentrations of the hormone GA3, different section treatments on germination characteristics of Polygonatum odoratum shoots; and the different shading intensity, sowing rate and with different harvest time on the Polygonatum odoratum sprouting growth, quality and yield. The results are as follows:1. To 9℃temperature control, through 5 (1℃,3℃,5℃,7℃,9℃) at different storage temperatures for 30 days, and then put current Polygonatum odoratum rhizome into the artificial temperature is 15℃incubator, comparison of various treatments on germination characteristics of current rhizome and adventition buds formation of biennial rhizome.The results show that:At 1℃~9℃storage temperature range treated by 3℃fastest germination of current rhizome; by 1℃treated biennial rhizome formation of adventitious buds best.2. The comparison is Polygonatum odoratum rhizome that was direct planted in the garden soil, compare river sand stratification treatment,no stratification treatment and direct planting in the garden treatment on formation of the biennial Polygonatum odoratum rhizome adventition buds.The results showed that:river sand stratification of the best, by the river sand stratification of the biennial rate of root sprouting of adventitious buds, bad kind of rate, the average length of a single bud were higher than other treatments.Integration of the different GA3 concentrations (0,20 mg/L,40 mg /L,80 mg/L,160 mg/L). With water as control, comparison of the concentration of soaking through the five kinds of GA3(0,20mg/L,40mg/L,80mg/L,160mg/L) treatment Polygonatum odoratum rhizome bud germination and growth.The results showed that: The results showed that:With the increasing concentration of GA3 significantly reduce the number of days the germination of Polygonatum odoratum rhizome, increase the length of shoots. Which by 40 mg/L GA3 concentrations of Polygonatum odoratum rhizome best germination and growth.3. Experiment with rhizome segments were treated as 4.0 g weight, and cut length of treatment for the 3.0 cm of Polygonatum odoratum rhizome as control,comparison of rhizome segments of different treatments on germination characteristics of Polygonatum odoratum sprouting.The results showed that:With the increase of rhizome segments weight and length, Polygonatum odoratum rhizome gradually shortened the time required for germination.weight segments 2.0 g and 1.0 cm length segments of Polygonatum odoratum rhizome best germination and growth of synthesis, with less species, sprouting rate high sprouting days shorter,emergence and tidy, Shoot thick.4. Full-light treatment as the control of different shading intensity(100%,50%,25%,13%,6%) on Polygonatum odoratum seedling growth and quality.The results showed that:With the cover shade net increase, the growth characteristics of Polygonatum odoratum sprouting at first increased and then decreased. Light transmission rate of 25% treatment Polygonatum odoratum sprouting was the best growth conditions, the number of days required for germination to 15 d; the average length of a single bud, the average dry weight of individual sprouting were higher than in full sunlight 8.0%,34.6%; sprouting the dry rate was 10.3% higher than the other shading. In all treatments Polygonatum odoratum sprouting chlorophyll content, protein content, insoluble dietary fiber content and water-soluble polysaccharide content increased with the shade intensity decreases, the total flavonoid content was no significant difference.5. According to the different sowing rate of Polygonatum odoratum rhizome (1.0 kg/m2,1.5 kg/m2,2.0 kg/m2,2.5 kg/m2,3.0 kg/m2) and different harvest time of Polygonatum odoratum sprouting (1d,2d,3d,4d,5d).The results showed that: Polygonatum sprouting biological productivity increase as seeding rate increased firstly and then decreased.Polygonatum odoratum rhizome in the sowing density was 2.5 kg/m2,its biological productivity shoots up, reaching 1.25 kg/m2; With the prolonged harvest, biological yield and quality of Polygonatum odoratum sprouting showed a growing trend.4 days after germination were harvested, Polygonatum odoratum sprouting biomass, a single sprouting average length and water insoluble dietary, fiber content of the ideal index.
