Birds of all deaths, autopsy shows that liver, kidney, muscle swelling of the stomach and other organs, the volume increases.Pathological change shows that: The study found that oral administration of diclofenac sodium for the trial of Lethal four birds, have shown liver, heart and kidney enlargement exudation, while the weight and size are increased, the liver color light gray or pale yellow, friable; all the internal organs are urate deposition and gout, showing a crystal-like material covering the surface in these organs. Chickens have shown a consistent visceral gout. Chickens and ducks after taking diclofenac poisoning can cause a lot of uric acid or salt deposits by scattered tumor nodules, also appear in this study. All oral tests are consistent with diclofenac sodium in a variety of birds of liver congestion, hemorrhage, and fatty liver cell necrosis. About Hematological parameters (serum total protein, albumin and creatinine) on four different birds after oral administration of different doses of diclofenac significantly different.
