E. coli disease, salmonellosis and pasteurellosis, because of its high morbidity and mortality, resulting in greater losses, therefore, be considered against poultry industry of the three bacterial diseases. Currently, three major bacterial disease controls in the chicken relies mainly on antibiotics, but due to drug resistance and bacterial causes of regulatory mechanisms, antibiotic control effect is not ideal. As the abuse of antibiotics, to the body caused some resistance, but also to the great issues of food security, human health hazard。Therefore, the development of alternatives to antibiotics and herbal preparations, it is imperative, has become the focus of new research.1. Over 35 different areas of Henan Province farms for inspection 105 dead or sick chickens, by pathological examination, Isolation and Identification of biochemical tests, patients from 47 dead chickens were isolated 25 strains of E. coli, isolation rate was 53.19 percent. Serum identified by the O factor, there are 23 serotypes were identified, a total of eight, respectively, O78, O1, O2, O18, O5, O8, O119, O54, dominant serotype was O78, O1, and O2, total shape strain of 82.61%. 2 are not stereotyping. 35 dead chickens in vivo disease isolated 16 strains of Salmonella isolation rate was 45.71%, and are Salmonella serotype identified that belong to group D Salmonella. 23 dead chickens from the disease in vivo Pasteurella multocida isolated 8 strains, isolation rate was 34.78%. Pathogenicity tests show that the pathogenic bacteria isolated were three strong.2. Method using paper from the six Compounded Chinese Medicinal Prescriptions to be carried out sensitivity tests, and twice with the test tube method of Chinese medicine on the minimum inhibitory concentration, results showed that: 6 Compounded Chinese Medicinal Prescriptions are different degrees of inhibition. 4 on the E. coli antibacterial compound which is better, the average inhibition zone diameter of 21.2mm, the average MIC value of 62.5; Compound 1 on Salmonella is better, the average inhibition zone diameter of 19.8mm, the average MIC value of 41.7; Compound 3 on Pasteurella multocida is better, the average inhibition zone diameter is 23.3mm, the average MIC value of 3.92, three were highly sensitive compound.3. Chicken infected by E. coli, Salmonella and Pasteurella multocida experiments also indicated that three Compounded Chinese Medicinal Prescriptions of high, medium and low dose group had different preventive role, especially in high dose group was better protection rate up to 88%, Compounded Chinese Medicinal Prescriptions group, drug group and the positive control group, mortality rates have decreased significantly. However, the compound less sensitive to low dose antibiotics. Treatment of experimental results: high-dose group of compound 4, E. coli and efficient cure rate was 92%, 96%; compound 1 on the cure rate of salmonellosis and the effective rate was 88%, 92%; compound 3 on Pasteurella cure rate and effective rate was 75%, 85%.4. 15, 1950 approved by more than 37 chickens in the expansion of regional field experiments also indicated that three Compounded Chinese Medicinal Prescriptions to prevent poultry disease mortality in the three bacteria is about 0.6%; on three kinds of bacterial diseases, there are more than 92% efficiency The cure rate at 89% or more, and no drug resistance, toxic side effects, cost, can be widely used.
