Water resource was the indispensable natural resources for human survival and development. With the development of domestic economy,the demanding for water was greater and greater, and impersonal realism of distribution unaveraged that our country water resources,that it pricked up crisis of our country water resources. Being hard up of water resources already restricted severitily economy development in the area , especially in the drought area of northward. Setting reasonable irrigation schedule was an important task of relieving china's water crisis ,also was the basis of setting water resource optimum attemperation plan and establishing prime collocation and distribution in irrigation management. Film-under irrigation was one of one of new water-saving technology, it was vastly applied in variety crops because of its staunch and calefacient domino effect and obtained diplex effection in water conservancy and increase production. On the basis of film-under irrigation technology basis experiment in 2008,can obtain four conclusions as follow:(1)Consuming water of corn was increasing with irrigation water's adding, it arrived maximum in jointing stage—earing stage and earing stage—breed stage ,the stress sensitive index was higher than other stages, so there were critical periods.(2).Irrigation degree's changing has greatly influenced soil water content as applied same irrigation water ;while in same irrigation degree, adding irrigation water ration can increase soil water content, but excess some ambit can not increase evidentially soil water content.(3)The same dynamic variation rule of daily average ground temperature in drip irrigation under plastic film cover and the uncovered with film,and during observation period, the daily average ground temperature in drip irrigation under plastic film cover was greater than the uncovered with film. The improving temperature and daily average improving temperature was different in the different time and the different depth of soil layer.. The improving temperature in the jointing stage was better than one of the seedling stage. The average value of warming in the different depth of soil layer was 2.30℃in the jointing stage,and the average value of warming in the different depth of soil layer was 1.18℃in the seedling state. On depth of soil , the largest warming was on 5cm,.In summary,with the depth of soil the greater, the warming effect smaller.(4)The C3 treatment'yield was the largest in different treatments in drip irrigation under plastic film cover, the yield was 15646 kg·hm-2on this treatment. The A2 treatment'yield was the smallest on different treatment in drip irrigation under plastic film cover, the yield was 129123 kg·hm-2. The corn for drip irrigation under plastic film, yield of corn and water use efficiency and water consumption were into the relationship between the second parabola, with the increase in water consumption, crop water use efficiency was to achieve maximum early in the production, when yield reached the maximum, the water use efficiency has declined in terms of water consumption, water use efficiency was more sensitive than the yield.
