| The soil nitrogen and carbon are the nutritive elements of crops grow, the cycle of carbon and nitrogen are also the most basic process of ecological. The soil carbon and nitrogen not only be related with the productivity of soil, but also have close contacting with the change of the greenhouse gas in atmospheric. To make clear about the relationship between soil carbon and nitrogen, which will help to improve the level of soil carbon and nitrogen, and also be the most likely way to achieve reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and to protect our food security and agricultural sustainable development.This paper studied that in black agro-ecosystem under different fertilizing managements the variation of soil organic matter, soil total N, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen, dissolved organic carbon and nitrogen, as well as the interaction between carbon and nitrogen. In order to restore soil productivity as the premise, the relationship between soil C and N may help to work out the theory soil of C-N coupling, provide a scientific basis for rational fertilization. In order to provide scientific reference, which for maintain the black soil resources and reduce non-point derived pollution and increase productivity.The main conclusions are shown as follow:1. Manure fertilizer treatment and chemical fertilizer treatment soil organic matter content was significantly higher than CK, The relationship between soil organic matter and soil total N was highly significant positive correlation, with NO3--N and NH4+-N was highly significant negative correlation.2. All different fertilizer treatments increased the content of soil total N. Manure fertilizer treatment are higher than chemical fertilizer treatment. As the depth increases, the impacts of fertilization on soil total N content in the lighter.3. At the mature period of corn the content of NH4+-N on chemical fertilizers and manure and chemical fertilizers in equal ratio treatment are higher than manure and CK. The content of NO3--N on manure is higher than chemical fertilizers.4. Fertilizing treatment make microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content were evidently higher than CK. Microbial biomass contents of manure fertilizer treatments were higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatments. There is a significant positive correlation between microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen under different managements. 5. Soil soluble organic carbon and nitrogen of Manure fertilizer is higher than chemical fertilizer. Different fertilization on soil of dissolved organic nitrogen showed as low manure fertilizer>manure and chemical fertilizers in equal ratio treatment>high chemical fertilizer>low chemical fertilizer>low manure fertilizer>CK. It exists that a significant positive correlation between the soluble organic carbon and nitrogen under different fertilization.6. Soil organic matter is the largest contribution to soil in the soil indicators which be determined, the cumulative contribution rate of soil organic matter is 31.976%; And the second place is soil total N, its cumulative contribution rate is 18.871%. In three kinds of soil carbon and nitrogen ratio, the characteristic value of the largest contribution to the soil is the ratio organic matter and soil total N, its cumulative contribution rate is 41.217%; Followed by microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen ratio, its cumulative contribution rate is 23.911%. |
