Tomato is one of the most important vegetables,it can be edibled as vegetable, as well as fruit. It has abundant of nutrition,The objectives of this study are to develop superior varieties, and to effectively conserve and utilized the superior genetic resources, to develop methods of identification at molecular level for international registration and new variety registration of the species/varieties. 10 cultivers and 19 cultiver's parents were analyzed by using AFLP markers with silver staining. DNA fingerprinting were established. And based on the AFLP data, we use UPGMA methods to do the cluster, based on Lei&Li to calculate the genetic similarity. To supply reference for the breeding work. The results showed as follow:1 9 primers was selected from 200 primers, and the DNA figerpriting was established by using the 9 primers.2 The total bands were 390 and the polymorphic bands were 144, The percentage of the polymorphic was from 23.4% to 63.0%,and the avzerage percents was 37.0%.3 Based on AFLP data, we use UPGMA methods to do the cluster analysis, the parents materials were separated into 4 categories, the first category was 07925,09888,0912M,09889,09890 and 0912F;the second category was 1911,0701,0702 and 1912;the third category was 08HN11,08HN13,08HN12 and 09891;the forth category was T511,09904,09893 ,T512and 08576;The varieties materials were also separated into 4 categories, the first category was 708, 712 09H22, 09H83;the second category was 713,706,08HN1 and 08HN3; the third category was 06~16 and the forth was 903.4 The genetic similarity coefficients of 19 parents materials were from 0.50 to 0.77 ,the average of that were 0.55;the 10 varieties were from 0.47 to 0.76,and the average of that were 0.58.The purity of the 19 parents materias was 100% and that of the tomato varieties was 98% by field identification and molecular identification.5 According to the result, the research discussed the feasibility of the AFLP molecule marker in the establishment of DNA figerprting,;Based on the genetic similarity, discussed the genetic relationship; according to the identification coefficience ,we discussed the application in the establishement of DNA fingerprinting in the tomato varieties (lines), it has three aspects: one was the intellectual property rights protection of the new fuchsin, the second was the identification of the cultivers, and the third was the guidance of the tomato hybridization breeding and the prediction of the hybridization dominance; the research bring new ideas:constructed the fingerprinting of the cultivers and their parents at the same time. And this has important meanings to protect cultives, the source of the cultivers and the purity of cultivers.
