Rural Drinking Water Security Project is one of the key national construction livelihood projects and stimulating domestic demand programs.Domestic drinking water safety study in rural areas still in the preliminary stages of the theoretical, Many technical issues and management issues that must be studied and solved.for example water supply planning is not enough scientific, The traditional single village water supply main,project layout irrational and so on. Causing serious overlap construct, not make full use of water resources, project lack of long-running. Reasonable mode of water supply projects and water supply planning in science plays a vital role in engineering long-term running and national investment savings .In this article, as the research object Mengcheng County, discusses the Mengcheng County Rural Water Supply project model currently should be the appropriate main water supply, evry water supply system run independent and forward to achieve the water supply system connected by network;Propose sub-urban and rural areas of rural water demand forecast of two parts;For rural water supply project in the cities or towns Water, Water Village, concentrated, pipe network extension works in different situations,using the cost function under different conditions of water supply is derived from estimates of the economic model for layout optimization of water plant basis to judge;Combined optimization model of water resources and water plant operation cost model to the region as a whole waterworks operating costs of water distribution optimization model of the smallest regional water plant.This article analyzed the two-phase optimizations on the layout of rural water supply engineering from the point of the investing cost of rural waterworks. The first phase optimization focus on the determination of water supply area and the numbers of waterworks on basis of economic distance while the second phase introduced the optimization of the layout of waterworks engineering by building a linear programming model of minimum water-supply cost within the water-supply area.For similar regional projects provide a model.
