| The changes of chlorophyll content and the activities of related enzyme,and difference of the degradation condition of chlorophyll in different varieties,different temperature and humidity,different leaf position were studied. The correlative data can be provided experiment basis for the chlorophyll degradation condition.This research was conducted with verities "K326","Yunyan85"and "HongDa" as experimental materials, to determine the chlorophyll content and the activities of related enzyme.The main results were indicated as follows:(1)The chlorophyll content of each variety tobacco decreases faster in yellowing stage during curing, and will degrade completely in the stage of fixing color. In yellowing stage,the degrade speed of chlorophyll was positive correlation with the changes of the activities of Chlase and MDCase.(2)In yellowing stage, higher barn temperature was benefit to the chlorophyll degradation enzyme, and chlorophyll degraded faster. High temperature and humidity in yellowing stage was better for the degradation of chlorophyll than high temperature and low humidity. So, considered the degradation of chlorophyll, it should not dissipate moisture too faster or keep a low temperature in yellowing stage.(3)The chlorophyll content and the changes of activities of related enzyme in tobacco leaves of different leaf position reflected otherness during curing, the middle leaves'was better than the upper leaves and lugs. |
