In this paper, the experiments were carried on molding and physical parameter of New-Typed Nutrition Lick-Block with Cellulase for Qinghai plateau ruminants, and applied in vitro gas production method to evaluate the nutritional value of nutrition lick-blocks with different levels of cellulase, in order to provide the theatrical basis of developing the new type of nutrition lick-blocks with cellulase for grazing animals in Qinghai plateau. The results were as follows:1. The experiments were carried on the Different levels manufacture pressure, solidifying time, material mixture ratio of nutrition lick-block to determine the formula and technological parameters. The results showed that It was advised that the suitable processing pressure was 2MPa, solidifying time were 72h-96h. The molding and quality of nutrition lick-blocks were affected by the ratios of material mixture, and it was first-best than nutrition lick-block were composed of betonies, molasses, barn, urea and salt at the level of 20%, 20%, 4%, 10%and 8% respectively.2. The experiments were carried on the nutritional value evaluation of nutrition lick-block by using in vitro gas production method to determine the suitable added level of cellulase in the nutrition lick-blocks, in order to provide scientific basis for the new type of nutrition lick-blocks added cellulase. The results showed that gas production was increasing with the cellulose added level increasing, and there were no signficant differences among each group (P>0.05). The grass group and nutrition lick-blocks group appeared the peak of gas production at 10h, the peaks of gas production of nutrition lick-blocks added cellulose at 12h, at the peak, gas production speed of the nutrition lick-blocks group with the level of 0.2% cellulase was the highest, and nutrition lick-blocks was the lowest (P<0.05). After the whole fermentation, each groups'pH values were within normal limits (P>0.05). The degraded rate of Dry Matter and NH3-N concentration of nutrition lick-blocks groups were higher than the grass group (P>0.05), and the nutrition lick-blocks group with the level of 0.4% cellulose was the highest. Therefore the appropriate level of cellulase for adding is 0.4%.To sum up, Through the study of the molding and technological parameters and nutritional value evaluation of nutrition lick-blocks with different levels of cellulase on plateau ruminants, preliminary determined the formula of new-type nutrition blocks with cellulose for plateau grazing animals were bentonite 10%, cement 20%, wheat bran 4%, molasses 20%, salt 8% ,urea 10% and cellulase 0.4%. At the same time, the experiment results in vitro showed that the dry matter rate of nutrition lick-blocks group with the level of 0.4% cellulos was 62.25%, and the concentration of NH3-N was 31.99mg/100ml at 72h, which were in the highest.
