The main contents in this subject bred:(1) marigold types of genetic male sterility;(2)Marigold Male Sterile ornamental characters is comprehensive evaluated and cluster analysisied;(3) research on marigold male sterile main ornamental characteristics and isoenzyme to understand their genetic relationship and genetic diversity;(4) research on different heterosis combinations and combining ability of marigold male sterile.The main conclusions following:1 The research results of marigold male nucleus sterile two-type lines of the genetic laws showed that:it is a dual system of gene control of recessive nuclear sterile two-type lines,their genetic are controled by the quality traits,it is main gene,conforming to mendelian laws.2 By analyzing six main ornamental characters of marigold 10 male nucleus sterile lines fertile plants and sterile plants.the results showed that:comprehensive evaluation of the best available composite indicator is 34-1,34-2; integrated worst is 2-2.Cluster analysis showed that fertile plants between C×40-1(1) and C×40-1(2) is the nearest genetic distance;2–2 and C×F1-Ⅰ-Ⅱ(3) is the furthest distances;sterile plants between C×40-1(1) and C×40-1(2) is the nearest genetic distance; 2-2 and C×F1-Ⅰ-Ⅱ(3) is the furthest distances.3 The POD isozyme zymograms of ten genetic male sterile two-type lines of marigold was analyzed by PAGE and studied the differences among lines and between the male sterile plants and the male fertile plants in same line.the results showed,except for small flower,the differences between the male sterile plants and the male fertile plants of the same line is very small,but the differences among lines is bigger.4 By analysising of marigold 6 main ornamental characteristics of mid-parent heterosis and su-parent heterosis calculated as well as the combination of POD isozyme analysis,and the F1 hybrids of difference between the POD isozyme.The results show that:the weaker enzymes activity with the less number of F1 hybrids,but it is stronger heterosis;between 31 F1 hybrids and other enzymes with number,mobility,enzyme activity showed a greater difference.Description marigold Heterosis and POD isozymes have some correlation,and there is far intergenerational F1 or close relatives. 5 Parents and their offspring by 6 main ornamental characteristics incomplete diallel cross design of the general combining ability and specific combining ability analysis showed that:comprehensive perspective of portfolio 34-1×216.08,except for flower diameter SCA effects are negative,and other effects are high,indicating the relative remaining crosses lines with desirable agronomic characters and it is the potential for breeding new varieties. Second,34-1×216.05,except for flower diameter and number of primary branches without putting the top five in order,the remaining SCA effects values were higher comprehensive character crosses combinations,which also showed specific combining ability performance complexed.
