Rice defined allelopathy as "a kind of plant, including micro-organisms realse chemical substances to the environment so as to give the other nearby an direct or indirect harmful or beneficial effect."Now the center of allelopathy research in fact has been extended to all plant-organisms and the chemical interaction by the mediation of chemical substances between the environment.Curcuma genus is the sources of the traditional Chinese medicine—Curcuma?Turmeric and Zedoary.The results on research of ancient herbological books show that " C.wenyujin'" was firstly found in the beginning of the Tang Dynasty.The processed and dried roots of C.wenyujin are called C.wenyujin and Curcuma wenyujin respectly,and the dried thick slices which are longitudinal cut from the fresh rhizomes of C.wenyujin are called Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum. C.wenyujin as one of the authentic ingredients "Zhe Ba Wei," has the anti-tumor, anti-Inflammator y, antioxidant and anti-AIDS and other pharmacological activities.Curcuma phaeocaulis Valetion is mainly produced in Sichuan?Fujian and Guangdong provinces,the main ingredients of it is Zedoary Turmeric oil?Curzerenone and so on.Recent studies find that Zedoary Turmeric oil widely which is used in clinical practice has functions in anti-cancer,anti-bacterial,anti-virus,anti-ulcer,microcirculation acceleration?treatment of multiple inflammatory and so on.This article has summarized the research history of Curcuma genus and allelopathy of plant. And it has a elementary research on the allelopathic effects of C.wenyujin and Curcuma phaeocaulis Valetion through the experiment of seed germination under different illumination conditions?ontinuous cropping and mitigation measures of C.wenyujin and Curcuma phaeocaulis Valetion and Hormisis model parameter fitting of C.wenyujin and Curcuma phaeocaulis Valetion.1.The kinds of allelochemicals are different betwrrn the aqueous extracts liquid and alcohol liquid.The stimulative components mostly come from the aqueous extracts liquid and the restraning components mostly come from the alcohol liquid.2.The kinds of allelochemicals different among different meterials of C.wenyujin and Curcuma phaeocaulis Valetion,at the same time we find that some allelochemicals could restrain the germination of the seed as a whole,but they could accelerate a certain index of seed germination in the extreme.The active of some allelochemicals come from C.wenyujin and Curcuma phaeocaulis Valetion may be influenced by the change of illumination condition.3.The effects of allelopathy are different between C.wenyujin and Curcuma phaeocaulis Valetion in the experimentation of seed germination,the results showe that under the same experimental conditon,the effects of allelopathy are different of opposite between C.wenyujin and Curcuma phaeocaulis Valetion, whatever the aqueous or the alcohol extracts.We conjecture that these results maybe impute to the change of vegetal entironment. Use of modified simplex method, turmeric and phaeocaulis the AN_Hormesis, Streibig_Hormesis and several Logistic_Hormesis model parameter fitting, is better.4.The parameters of AN_Hormesis, Streibig_Hormesis and Logistic_Hormesis model were estimated by modified simplex method, we find that the calculate of speed is rapid and results works well. The results show that the logarithmic Logistic_Hormesis model reflects the laws of the cabbage seed biomass phaeocaulis response to the concentration of allelochemicals of C.wenyujin and Curcuma phaeocaulis Valeti well.5.To continuous cropping C.wenyujin, whatever underground root and leaf biomass above ground are much smaller than normal cropped C.wenyujin, even to biomass of stem and leaf biomass aboveground in the growth medium. The stems and leaves above ground biomass of continuous cropped Curcuma phaeocaulis Valeti is far below the normal cropped. To the photosynthetic properties: there is a significant reduction in photosynthetic rate, water use efficiency and stomatal limitation. Cropping soils of the two plants has strong effects in IAA and ABA, and the effects are restraining and promoting respectly. |
