Study on the species of fungi cling on moldy Glycyrrhiza uralensis in the different areas of our country in this paper,and probing into the characters of strains which can product Aflatoxin and Ochrotoxin A,it provided bases for the contaminate control of medicinal materials.The results indicated as these following:1.385 samples fungi which were from mouldy materials of Glycyrrhiza uralensis in 5 different regions were acquired Aspergillus sp and Penicillium sp which were discovered through the morphological observation of the initial were the dominant species,and 88 strains from Henan mouldy materials of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,the isolation rates of Aspergillus sp and Penicillium sp were 79.5 percent and 2.3 percent respectively in Henan samples of,of, 19 strains from Beijing mouldy materials of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, the frequency of Beijing samples were Aspergillus sp of 47.4percent,Penicillium sp of 52.6 percent,34 strains from Zhejiang mouldy materials of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, the frequency of Zhejiang samples were Aspergillus sp of 61.8 percent, Penicillium sp of 5.9 percent,154 strains from gansu mouldy materials of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, the frequency of Gansu samples were Aspergillus sp of 2.5 percent,Penicillium sp of 70.1 percent.2.90 strains from the sample of Glycyrrhiza uralensis of Jangxi were indentified through the method of morphological characters and (rDNA)ITS sequences of elements for indentification.The results of indentification shows that 90 strains of indentification belong to 4 genera and 7 species,the most frequency of indentification in the 5 samples were Penicillium polonium of 54 percent,Aspergillus parasiticus of 23 percent and P. crustosum of 14 percent,and Fusarium oxysporium of 2 percent,F,proliforium of 1 percent and fungi Mucor of one kind in another Penicillium of isolation. Aflatoxin (AFG2, AFG1, AFB2, AFB1) and ochratoxin A (OTA) from Penicillium polonium,P. Crustosum,P. Commune of isolation 6 of strains of cultivated production were measured,meanwhile AFG2,AFG1,AFB2,AFB1 and OTA, A. parasiticus from the strain of cultivated production of Aspergillus parasiticus CGMCC3.13637 were measured,it only measured OTA from the other strain of cultivated production of CGMCC3.13640,the 2 strains of Penicillium polonium both can produce OTA,several toxins were not measured in the cultivated production of P. Crustosum and P. commune.
