In this experiment, hybridoma cell strains were developed by fusion of SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells isolated from a BALB/C mouse which was immunized with the purified AIV(H9N2) and Plasmid .The McAb cell strains were determined by 3 times limited dilution cloning and ELISA. 3 hybridoma cell strains were selected which could secrete the monoclonal antibody against M1 protein of H9 subtype avian influenza virus . 2 hybridoma cell strains were selected which could secrete the monoclonal antibody against NP protein of H9 subtype avian influenza virus.
