The blade morphology characteristic, drought resistance and salt endurance of Elytrigia intermedia,E.elongata and their hybrid F1 were analyzed in this study. The aims were exploered differences of morphological characteristics and resistance between hybrid and parents for further provide the basis to select and cultivate superior varieties. The main results were as follows:(1) The blade morphological characteristics of hybrid F1 between E. intermedia and E.elongata tended to E.elongata. The ciliums were born in leaf surface and margin of E. intermedia, no ciliums in E. elongata, and no ciliums in leaf margin of hybrid F1, and there were no influence about ciliums of leaf margin between Elytrigria intermedia×E. elongata and E. elongata×E. intermedia. E. intermedia was dark green, E.elongata was grayish green, their hybrids between the two parents, and there were no influence about leaf colour between Elytrigria intermedia×E. elongata and E. elongata×E. intermedia.(2) 4 accessions were intimidated and investigated on RWC, chlorphyll content, MDA, Proline, soluble protein content and the proportion of leaf yellowing by drought-resistance. Subordinate function was utilized on 4 accessions for the sequence of strong and short of relative drought-resistance. The results showed that the order of drought resistance was: E. elongata×E. intermedia > E. intermedia×E. elongata > E. intermedia> E. elongata.(3) Under 1.2% NaCl stress, 4 accessions were intimidated and investigated on RWC, chlorphyll content, MDA, Proline, soluble protein content and mortality rate. Subordinate function was utilized on 4 accessions for the sequence of strong and short of relative salt endurance. The results showed that the order of salt endurance was: E. elongata >E. elongata×E. intermedia > E. intermedia×E. intermedia >E. intermedia. |
