The white rot fungus Corilus versicolor is belonging to the class Basidiomycete, family polyporales, which can found every where all of the world. In our courtry that is mainly distributed in dongbei area of China. Corilus versicolor have kinds of metabolites,those of metabolites have better pharmacological activities. Such as the coriolus versicolor pharmaceutical exhibits many effects such as antioxidative, immunoloregulative,antiaging and anticancer effects.So great attention has been paid to the Corilus versicolor pharmaceutical.And many polysaccharide constituents have been isolated and identified from water soluable fraction.However, there is raraly report on the chemical constituents and biological activities of Corilus versicolor.In this experiment,the chemical constituents from the ferment of Corilus versicolor were studied,and the research progress in chemical constituents and biological activity of higer fungi was overviewed.The MeOH and Ethyl fluoroacetate extract from Corilus versicolor was subjected to repe ated chromatographic columns such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,RP-18 column chromatog raphy and preparative TLC to afford 6 compounds,on the basis of chemistry and physical and spectroscopic analysis including 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, the structures of 5 compounds were elu cidated as ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol; ergosta-7-ene 3β,5α,6β-triol;ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol; glycerol1,2,3-bisoleate;ergosterol peroxide; among of them four compounds were isolated from Corilus versicolor for the first time.
