| The study took the L.regale seedling progeny for material,which aims at providing fundamental references for rational utilization in landscaping and seedling propagation of L. regale Wilson.The study divided the material for annual,biennial and three-year-old by growth years. By obsvering the phenophase and the morphological of the triennial seeding progeny of L. regale,and analyzed their habits and growth dynamics, the results was as followes:1.The material reached the phase of reproductivegrowth cultured in the greenhouse and the open was 16.7% and 18.0%, 5.1% and 4.1% between the biennial material; The dynamics of the plant height and the leaf area of seeding progeny of L. regale accroded with the growth trend"slow-fast-slow". The plant height, leaf number and leaf area of the progeny decreased with the decreasing of diameter of bulb. The leaf density of the progeny generally decreased from the bottom up, which meaned the leaf spacing generally increased from the bottom up;2.The weight of the bulbs,the stem diameter and the numbers of leaves with most of other indexs all showed significant or highly significant correlation ; height of the stem and bulbs weight with the stem diameter showed significant or highly significant negative correlation.3.After third generations, variation of plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area and the traits of backbone height intrapopulation was that: all the parameters we tested of offspring planted in substrate are more than those planted in garden soil cultivation in the same plant environment, As planted in substrate or garden soil, the variation of population planted in greenhouse is greater than that planted in the open field. The generation planted in substrate in greenhouse, the variation of floral organ is less than that planted in soil , the converse to be true when population planted in the open field . When planted in substrate conditions, three indexes of the corolla, style length and anther length of population planted in greenhouse is greater than those planted in the open field. As planted in the garden soil conditions, the variation of traits other than style length of all generations planted in greenhouse is more than those planted in the open field. The variation of intrapopulation is more than that among populations.Because of the propagation of the L.regale seedling progeny had the advantage of low cost and fast speed of propagation,had the relative identification phenotypic traits under the same weight. It showed that L.regale could took the way of generative propagation and the seedling progeny can used widely in landscape application; the phenotypic traits of the seedling progeny had variation of different degree,which provided the direction for breeding; the study the variation existed among different groups more much,so the conservation work should pay more attention on groups of L.regale seedling progeny. |
