Cotton Verticillium wilt wich is a fungal vascular disease is restricting the development of cotton industry,and there is no effective control methods to control it currently.This paper studied the effects of cotton seedling growth on inoculation of antagonistic actinomycetes and proved Actinomycetes agents can control Cotton Verticillium wilt with growth-promoting function. They Can be used for soil cropping obstacles remediation.two cement powder Agents achieved the desired effect.Actinomycetes increased the drought resistance of cotton. The main results of this study were as follows:1. Actinomycetes coated with gelatin and CMCNa promoted the growth of cotton seedlings, improved the germination of cotton seedlings and biomass, enhanced the ability of cotton seedlings, induced the improvement of PPO activities and enhance root activities.â‘ Using gelatin and CMCNa improved cotton seed germination, the germination potential increased by 88.90% and 70.03% respectively in the treatment of gelatin and CMCNa in the pot experiment. The effect on the germination rate of cotton was little.â‘¡Using gelatin and CMCNa increased cotton seedling biomass, the total mass of cotton seedlings, root mass, stem mass and plant height increased by 27.97%, 68.29%, 11.76% and 8.47% respectively, compared with gelatin showed better promoted.â‘¢U sing gelatin and CMCNa increased chlorophyll content of cotton leaves and leaf area.â‘£Gelatin and CMCNa could both increase cotton seedling root activity, leaf PPO activity and PPO activity, the root activity increased by 44.17% and 47.07%,, root growth of PPO increased by 2.8% and 20.0%, leaf PPO increased by 45.28% and 22.63% respectively.2. Act7 and Act28 promoted the cotton leaf size, chlorophyll content of new leaves and new leaf area of cotton, and they reached the Maximum at the applied concentration of 1%, 1% and 10%. Roots TTC, root and leaf PPO was increased by 17.81%, 13.79% and 18.79% respectively at the applied concentration of 1%, 1% and 10% of Act7, and by62.02%, 12.41% and 16.97% respectively at the applied concentration of 1%, 1% and 10% of Act28. Act7 and Act28 promoted the biomass of cotton. The total mass of cotton, root mass, stem mass and height was increased by 39.16%, 90.48%, 16.83% and 20.07% respectively at the applied concentration of 10% of Act7; was increased by 39.86%, 54.76%, 33.66% and 13.21%. respectively at the applied concentration of 10% of Act28.3. The 6 kinds of seed coating agent, which were made of Act7 and Act28, improved the growth of cotton, light and capacity, root activity and biomass. They could control Verticillium wilt disease of cotton. The growth-promoting effect was obvious in the treatmentsof diluting Act7 and Act28.â‘ All the seed coating agents promoted the plant chlorophyll content and leaf area, and they was increase by 70.13 % and 215.44% respectively in the treatment of Act7 delution.â‘¡The seed coating agents promoted the biomass of cotton. The total mass of cotton was increased 72.11% and 57.59% respectively at the treatment of Act7 and Act28.â‘¢Act7 and Act28 promoted the inactivated agents Verticillium wilt pathogen of cotton seedlings infected with the root activity, the original agents directly coated on root activity of cotton not.â‘£The 6 kinds of seed coating agent reduced cotton Verticillium wilt disease index. its agents effects were -66.66% and -0.84% respectively .4. Actinomyces can increased cotton biomass and drought resistances significantly, and still showed the same results when mixed with water absorbent; actinomyces was better than water absorbent.The results showed as follows:â‘ I noculating with single actinomyces, germination energy and germination percentage increased 11.75% and 7.41% separately, and single water absorbent made that decreased 17.65% and 14.81% separately.â‘¡Single actinomyces and single water absorbent decreased wilting percentage 62.76% and 32.92% separately.â‘¢Actinomyces increased leaf area, SPAD value and biomass 8 times, 2 times and 4times than water absorbent separately.5. Through inoculating Verticillium wilt and Fusarium axysporum to soil, a simulated ecological condition of the cotton continuous cropping was created, and also a biocontrol agent of actinomycete was inoculated. The results showed that the actinomycete could significantly improve the growing condition and properties of physiology and biochemical of the cotton growing on the disease soil. It also concluded that the actinomycetebiocontrol agent could remedy the disease soil in a great extent.â‘ biocontrol agent decreased the germinability and germination rate of the cotton, the Act431 and Act433 treatment were the most significant;â‘¡Act431 and Act433 had a great positive effect to the stem length and biomass of the cotton, and combined with Act7 the effect was enhanced;â‘¢Act431 and Act433 inhibited the Chlorophyll content in the cotton leaves but improved the numbers and area of the cotton leaves;â‘£All the biocontrol agent had a positive effect on the activity of PPO, POD and content of Pr in the cotton leaves and could also decrease the content and increase the reversibility of the MDA significantly in the leaves. All the effect enhanced when used together with Act7.
