To Develop the information management system of irrigation and achieve modernization and standardization of the management work for it,this is the important measures to promate the management work.with the rapid development of information technology, the treatment method of information gradually transfer to computerization, to construct the efficient and reliable information management system have become the necessary need for the development of irrigation.The plain irrigation has complicated river networks,with the rapid development of the river regulation engineering,to build gates over the river will become commonly,the flood routing process in river of this type is quite complicated,the economic loss and social influence which caused by flood. This paper took simulation means to establish the mathematical model of joint flood operation for gate group based on consulting related literation and combined the method of Preismann,chasing,outflow formula of gate and DP to solve it. Meanwhile,this paper explored flood simulation operation system based on GIS,achieved the binding with simulation model and GIS platform. The main content is:(1)The information management system of irrigation in Beijing is composed by modules of irrigation situation,database and layers management spatial analysis,report output and system helps.it took the VB and MapObjects as the main development environment of software and used ArcsSDE and SQL Server to store datas. It adopts the object-oriented thought and geographical information technology to design the system, exploit the information management system which is easy operation and friendly interface.(2) summarized the method of flood routing, established the model of one-dimensional unsteady flow and took the Preismann,chasing and relaxation iteration method to solve it.(3) expatiated the characteristics of gate group operation and modeling approach for DP,established the optimal operation model for gate group of multi-period and gave the sovling steps. Analyzed the optimization results,presented the problem of the method.(4) developed the flood simulation operation system of rivers,achieved the dynamic display of the scheduling process. |
