The materials are 17 transgenic cotton cultivars which to promote planting in Hebei province, to got the dynamic patterns of Verticillium wilt, the main meteorological factors influenced to Verticillium wilt and determined the yield and fiber quality characters of all varieties in the field disease nursery in Agricultural University of Hebei Crop Breeding Centre and Gucheng Yuanzhong Chang in Hengshui and their impact on the yield and fiber quality characters of all varieties in 2008 and 2009. After that, collected from 17 major cotton growing counties in Hebei Province of Verticillium strains were separated from 55 Verticillium isolates to study the material, observed their cultural characteristics and used ISSR technique to analyze the genetic differentiation. The results show that:1. In Hebei province, the temperature (24℃-27℃), proper humidity (higher than 70%), and more rain is the appropriate conditions.of Verticillium wilt of transgenic cotton2. According to the disease index of 16 investigated times of all varieties in two sites in 2008 and 2009, the varieties were classified into four types(Ⅰ-Ⅳ) based on clustering analysis. By the analysis of various varieties summarized dynamic patterns of Verticillium wilt of transgenic cotton cultivars:TypeⅠhad the lower disease index at whole stage than the other types and no peak. TypeⅡshowed higher disease index than TypeⅠand had low disease index no peak at whole stages. TypeⅢhad lower disease index at early stage and later than TypeⅡand typeⅣ, had higher disease index in middle stage and the highest disease index at late stage. TypeⅣpresented the higher disease index at early stage and middle stage, the disease index decreased rapidly at late stage, had a apparent peak.Combine that the impact of different type varieties'yield character and fiber quality showed that varieties as TypeⅠshould be firstly put into consideration in the resistance breeding program and production use, followed by TypeⅡ.3. The different strains of Verticillium dahliae colony was divided into 3 types: white colony type, a total of 34 strains, accounting for 61.82%; black colony type, 17 strains, accounting for 30.90%; dark yellow colony type, only 4 strains. Most of cultural characteristics of different Verticillium strains collected at the same place were the same, except Qingyuan,or Anguo, description that cultural characteristics of Verticillium strains in cotton cultivation in Hebei Province have some regional characteristics.4. 55 isolates were identified and analyzed with ISSR technique, basis on cluster analysis, all isolates could be divided into two categories, first is 2 strains from Pingxiang village, the second is 53 strains from 16 other counties. Comprehensive study indicated that the vast majority of Verticillium dahliae from the same location had closer genetic relationship. Description of Verticillium wilt in cotton in Hebei Province of genetic differentiation between strains of relatively small strains of Verticillium dahliae and their geographical origin have greater relevance.
