Genetic diversities of 8 cultivated broccolis were evaluated with molecular markers so to make clear their relationship, pedigree and genetic distances and offered theoretic reference for breeding. Meanwhile, DNA fingerprinting of cultivated broccoli. The main results as follows:10 ISSR primers and 10 SSR primers were employed to analyze genetic diversity among 8 cultivated broccoli. A total of 35 and 22 polymorphic bands were found respectively each kind of markers, the average number of bands is 3.5 and 2.2 respectively. Genetic distance among the 8 broccoli ranged from 0.2713 to 0.9765 and from 0.1768 to 0.9354, respectively by means of ISSR and SSR markers. The results showed that clustering analysis based on ISSR data is very similar to that based on SSR data, but there are a little difference in genetic distance and genetic relationship of some cultivars calculated by depending on data from ISSR or SSR. In this study, these 8 cultivated broccolis were divided into two groups. The DNA fingerprinting with 8 cultivated broccolis was established using primer ubc10 and ubc18.The potential of DNA fingerprinting using ISSR marker of broccoli was preliminarily studied.
