In this study, four varieties maize (Baishan7, Longdan13, Jidan27, Xianyu335) and parents experiments in the field and pot. The result is as follows:1. Three kinds of enzyme(PPO, PLA, POD)activity assumed regular change of four varieties maize (Baishan7, Longdan13, Jidan27, Xianyu335) and parents in different birth time (seedling time, jointing time, grouting time). Three kinds of enzyme activities higher than comparison and being related with the disease resistance. The underproduction is obvious on sickness plants. This indicated that the varieties maize of susceptibility and have some of degree relation with PAL activities. After virus induction, the PAL activation and the variety induction disease resistance is being related. PAL activates metabolism rapidly and start defensive system's and so on plant protection element and lignin by fast, host performance disease-resistant characteristic. The different variety maize has response of disease resistance with different pathogen.3. POD POD enzyme activity difference in different variety of resistant. All enzyme activity rised after virus induction. Various varieties enzyme increase rises between 0.8% and 352.4% and indicated that POD the expression has the intrinsic relation with the variety disease resistance. The POD activeness is being related in the variety induction disease resistance. The variety resistance is stronger and the POD enzyme activity increase rate is bigger. The variety that strong of disease resistance appeared new enzyme belt than sickness variety with Rf 0.439. The expression of this special protein related with variety disease resistance. It may be physiological biochemistry target as the variety disease resistance examination. The disease resistant variety similarly presents another enzyme of Rf 0.439. This further proved the POD isozyme in corn adult plant is related with the anti-corn virus. The conclusion will provide the extremely valuable of physiological biochemistry foundation for the disease-resistant breeding.4. PPO Various maize and parents had no obvious changes in the seedling stage and jointing stage and grouting time. PPO enzyme activity change with anti-susceptibility whether to have the relevance in leaf of different vegetal period, waits for in further studies. After infecting the virus, the PPO of various varieties and parents activeness are increase, Sickness leaf of four maize and parent of leaf enzyme activeness rises between 2.5% and 41.1% than the healthy. It explained that after the virus invades dyes the plant, the PPO enzyme quantity rapidly accumulates, thus suppresses viral the function. There are obvious difference in different variety and the inbred line. It explained that PPO enzyme activity and variety disease resistance is related in corn leaf. The PPO isozyme and the variety disease resistance relations research indicated that there are new strong enzyme band after disease-resistant variety infection germ. It can be seen, extrinsic factors that interfere with virus. The body can stimulate host defense enzymes in the new PPO expression. Rf0.267 and 0.571, the emergence of new enzyme band associated with induced resistance.In summary, this research may obtain the following:POD, PPO, PAL enzyme activity and the corn variety's disease resistance is related. These defense enzyme's enzyme may take fast examination variety disease resistance exactly target indoor. After virus induction, these enzyme's activation ability and the variety disease resistance is remarkable is being related. This result may take the disease-resistant breeding theory basis.
