Studies On The Screening Identification Indexes And High-quality Cultivated Technique Of Facility Lilies

Lilies (Lilium spp.) are the world famous flowers and loved by many people. However, the cultivars are limitied in Beijing market.The oriental hybrid lilies'Sorbonne'and'Siberia' which are widely used in Beijing grow worse and get disease when planted in winter. According to that, we studied the screening identification indexes and the techniques. Main results are as followers:1.'Black Out','Cocossa','Tresor','Robina','Vermeer',and'Siberria'were proper cultivars when planted in winter time in Beijing area through the growth and evalution of Oriental, Asian and OT hybrid lilies. This criterion was based on the plant height, stem diameter, the number and weight of buds, leaf-scorch,disease resistance, the rate of flowering and the appearance and popularity. The standards reflected the plant situation and human needs to some extent.2.This research focused on the media and salicylic acid(SA) that were applied on'Sorbonne' and'Siberia'.The results showed,different media and concentrations of SA took an important role. Compared to'Sorbonne','Siberia'has a long growth period, more healther and less susceptible.'Sorbone'growed best in the meida garden soil:pine needle soil=2:1 and 3:1,and the 30 mg·L-1SA.While the suitable media for'Siberia'were the garden soil:pine needle soil=2:1 and 1:1,and the concentration of SA was 30 mg·L-1.They all increased height,stem diameter, shortened the days to flowering, promoted photosynthetic rate,and also increased the root activity,the contents of sugar and antioxidant enzymes, minimized the occurrence of leaf-scorch in each suitable environment. At the same time we explored that the most major period was the flowering stage which had a relationship among many physiological indexes.In addition,the root activity also affected the plant growth.3. Microbial fertilizer is a new project that has a good prospect.In some horticultural plants it works perfectly.The consequence demonstrated the microbial fertilizer was useful.The experiment showed soaking bulbs with the proportion 1:50 and irrigating 1:300 for'Sorbonne',1:25 and 1:300 for'Siberia'had a significant effect on the height, stem diameter, the days to flowering, root activity and leaf-scorch.
