Abstract 90 healthy sanjiang white piglets,35 daily age ,similar weight were choosed in the experiment,used single factor completely randomized design,90 piglets were divided into ten groups,every group had three repeat,every repeat had three piglets.9 experiment groups were added nano-Se, selenium yeast, sodium selenite in the diets.The dose was calculated by selenite,the additive amount of every selenite source achieved 0.1,0.3,0.5mg/kg three levels.1 control group, selenium was not added to diets.The experiment studied the effect of the different selenium source and different levels on piglets growth performance,immunity, antioxidant capicity and mRNA expression amout of GPX1 gene, and provided theoretical reference to rational use of selenium source.The study result showed:1 Growth performance The effect of different selenite sources on piglets growth performance, their difference was insignifican(tP>0.05), 0.3,0.5mg/kg nano-Se groups and 0.3mg/kg selenium yeast group was better than control group(P<0.05),the effect of growth performance on piglets was better.The result showed:the piglets growth performance had increased tendency to some extent.2 Immunization indicators Piglets immunization indicators of different selenite source group had increased tendency to some extent compared to the control group, when 0.1,0.3mg/k leves were added. When 0.5mg/kg level was added, nano-Se group was significantly higher than sodium selenite (P<0.05), and the immunization indicators of 0.5mg/kg nano-Se group were higher.3 Antioxidant index When 0.1,0.3mg/kg was added,the piglets antioxidant indicators of different selenite source group had increased tendency to some extent compared to the control group. When 0.5mg/kg level was added, nano-Se group was significantly higher than sodium selenite and selenium yeast(P<0.05)4 Intestinal mucosal morphology The additive selenite group of the ntestinal mucosal morphology were significantly better than without selenite group(P<0.05), When 0.5mg/kg level was added, nano-Se group was significantly higher than selenium yeast group(P<0.05), selenium yeast group was significantly higher than sodium selenite group(P<0.05), 0.5mg/kg nano-Se group was most Rational additive amount.5 The mRNA expression amount of GPX1 gene in the tissue 0.50mg/kg Nano-Se was the highest in the mRNA expression amount of GPX1 gene in the liver and spleen tissue . In the mRNA expression amount of GPX1 of kidney field, there was no significant difference in each groups, 0.50mg/kg nano-Se group was lowest in the mRNA expression amount of muscle GPX1.
