Research Of Manganese Nutrition On Continuous Cropping And Alternate Cropping Soybean

This research is a part of"the Research and Model of High Effective Production of Soybean", which belongs to the Important Scientific Project of National"the Tenth Five Years".Between 2008~2009, the research was carried in the Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University and Soybean was planted in pot.The soil type is saline.The objective of experiment is study the influence of different ways of Manganese, different doses of Manganese on the photosynthetic physiology, and the yield and quality of soybean. Through this research, it can improve the scientific evidence for the Manganese nutrition adjusting of soybean.The main research results are as follows:The proper dose of Manganese mixed with seeds or spraying on the leaf can improve the index of leaf area, improve the content of chlorophyll a, b, a+b and carotenoids. Proper dose of Manganese improve the content of sugar, starch and soluble sugar, provide plenty of nutrition for the root,flower and seeds. Proper dose of Manganese can improve the activity of invertase in leaf. But the high dose of Manganese treatment will inhibit these indexes.Both the proper dose of Manganese mixed with seeds and the spraying on the leaf can improve the yield of soybean, and the treatment arrive 5% significance levels with the control and the high dose of Manganese treatment. Under the condition of rotation, the best way of seed and spraying on leaf is A2B2 and it can improve the yield 31.34% to the control. Under the condition of continuous cropping, the best way of seed and spraying on leaf is A3B3 and it can improve the yield 71.93% .Proper dose of Manganese mixed with seeds and spraying can change the yield character of soybean. It can improve obviously height,stem Demeter,the number of legumes per plant,seed per pod, the weight of seeds per plant,and fertility node, and then it can improve the yield. But the high dose of Manganese treatment will inhibit the yield and yield character.Both the proper dose of Manganese mixed with seeds and spraying on leaf can decrease the content of protein, increase the content of adipose. The treatment of spraying Manganese on leaf of alternate soybean ,the content of adipose arrive 5% significance levels to its control.In general, proper dose of Manganese treatment has an obvious effect on the trait physiology and photosynthesis physiology of soybean. Especially the effect of Manganese mixed with seeds and spraying on leaf on improve the yield of soybean is the most obvious.
