In this study, several insects living in vegetable fields were dealed with at high temperatures (33.5℃,36℃) lasting for different period (4,8,12,24hours), and were compared with the inhibition of acetylc-holinesterase (AChE), carboxylesterase (CarE), glutathione-S-transferase (GST) and with the content of P450. The insecticide- susceptible (S) and resistant (R) strains of Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae were reared at high temperature (33.5℃,36℃), and compared with the inhibition of AChE , CarE, GST, and the content of P450. The Propylaea japonica and resistant Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae were compared with their AChE , CarE, GST, and the content of P450. The results of this thesis showed that:(1) High temperature could inhibit the ativities of AChE , CarE, GST of the Pteromalus puparum, content of cytochrome P450 increases and then decreases. The temperature of 36℃can significantly inhibit these enzymes than 33.5℃.High temperature (33.5℃,36℃) can effect enzyme activities of Phyllotreta striolata, 33.5℃can stimulate the activities of AChE , CarE, GST and inhibit the content of cytochrome P450; 36℃can inhibit all of the four enzymes, the inhibitory effect have changed with different times.High temperature(33.5℃) can stimulate the enzyme activities of Bemisia tabaci, and have no significant differences; 36℃can stimulate the activities of AChE,GST,but inhibit the CarE activity and the content of P450,both represent significant differences.High temperature(33.5℃) can not obvious inhibit enzyme activity of Plutella xylostella (Linnaeus), all of them represent no significant differences; 36℃can control these enzyme activities then 33.5℃to a greater extent and have a significant difference;(2) High temperature can inhibit the activities of resistant and sensitive aphids. Under high-temperature treatment, short period can stimulate enzyme activityes of sensitive aphid, and long period can inhibit the enzyme activityes at 33.5 ℃; 36℃can largely inhibit all enzyme activities. The restraining levels vary from period to period. High temperature can significant inhibit enzyme activityes of resistant aphid, and the level of inhibition below the level of the sensitive aphid;(3) High temperature could significantly inhibit the enzyme activities and inhibit the content of cytochrome P450 of the pests and natural enemies (Propylaea japonica and resistant aphid). The inhibitory effect was changed with different types of insects and different processing time. High temperature can significant inhibit enzyme activityes of resistant aphid than Propylaea japonica.
