In order to select the appropriate dosage of compound enzyme718A in miscellaneous diets, the research was conducted to investigate the effects of enzyme on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and the enzyme activitives of digestive tract,the structure of alimentary canal in ducks.Exp.1 was conducted to investigate the effects of enzyme on growth performance, nutrient digestibility in ducks fed on miscellaneous diets. 800 ducks of 14-days were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 4 replicates in each group including 40 birds per replicate. The control group was the first one fed on corn-based diets and no compound enzyme,the second group was fed on miscellaneous diets but no compound enzyme,The group 3,group 4 and group 5 were fed on miscellaneous diets with 100g/t ,120g/t and 140g/t compound enzyme respectively.The results showed that, the growth performance and survival ratio of three trial groups was not significant difference with control group (P > 0.05). The diarrhea rate of every group except group3 was remarkable difference with control group2,nutrient digestibility of group3 was extremely remarkable with control group2,nutrient digestibility of group4 was extremely remarkable with control group1,nutrient digestibility of group5 was not significant difference with control groups,。The diarrhea rate of all was less than the controll group2,the energy utilization of three group (3,4,5) were more than control group2 but less than control group1.In coclusion, the appropriate dosage of compound enzyme in miscellaneous diets was 100g/t .Exp.2:8 ducks of 42 days-old randomly from every group of Exp.1 were conducted to investigate the effects of enzyme on the enzyme activitives of digestive tract .As a results,the enzyme extremely enhances the trypsin activities and lipase activities of pancrease and small intestine chime; enhancing the anmylase activities of pancrease; there is no significant effect on anmylase activities of small intestine chime.Anmylase activities of small intestine chime in every group less than control group but group3 was more than group3 by 3.73%.Exp.3:8 ducks of 42 days-old randomly from every group of Exp.1 were conducted to investigate the effects of enzyme on the structure of alimentary canal .The result is that ,the enzym extremely improving the villus height of duodenum,jejunum and ileum, reducing the crypt depth of duodenum,ileum and jejunum;there is no significant difference of duodenum,jejunum and ileum in VCR.;VCR of every group in duodenum was more than controll group,VCR of every group except group3 in ileum was more than controll group,VCR of every group in jejunum was less than controll group.In summerize, the ducks fed with compound enzyme718A in miscellaneous deals can got similar production performance with that fed on corn-based diets without compound enzyme and better economy benefit, the appropriate dosage of compound enzyme718A was 100g/t. The research also indicated that, compound enzyme718A can enhance the enzyme activitives of digestive tract and improve the villus height highly significant difference, reduce the crypt depth,improving the absorbency of nutrients,promoting the gowth of ducks.
