As the dairy industry and milk yield developing dramatically, the occurrence rate of displacement of the abomasums (DA) rises very rapidly, and making great damage to the dairy industry. DA includes left displacement of abomasums (LDA) and right displacement of the abomasums (RDA), DA mainly happened in Perinatal cows, especially with concentrate supplementation. But at present the etiology and pathogenesis of DA haven't been explained consistently by people. In order to study the influences of LDA upon dairy cow, there were three parts in this experiment.Part I: This study was conducted on 3 healthy cows, left displacement of abomasum (LDA) were created surgically, to find out the interfered with LDA in rumen fluid, abomasal fluid and blood. The results indicated that: after operation, potassium concentration and chlorine concentration in rumen fluid and abomasal fluid increased; however, serum potassium concentration and serum chlorine concentration decreased, serum calcium concentration and concentration of sugar increased, sodium concentration in rumen fluid and abomasal fluid decreased. The pH values of rumen content and abomasal fluid decreased simultaneously, acetic acid concentration decreased, propionic acid concentration and butanoic acids concentration increased in rumen fluid, while acetic acid concentration and propionic acid concentration increased, but anoic acids concentration decreased in abomasal fluid, total acidity concentration in rumen fluid and abomasal fluid increased.Part II: This study was conducted on perinatal stage milk goats, the experimental diets were composed of mixed supplementation to find out the interfered with LDA in rumen fluid, abomasal fluid and blood. The results indicated that: concentrate supplementation had significant influence. Potassium and sodium concentrate on rumen contents rised significantly, while, serum potassium, serum magnesium concentrations increased with concentrate level; serum calcium, serum sodium concentrations elevated significantly. The serum chlorine concentrate and pH values changed insignificantly. Acetic acid concentration, propionic acid concentration and butanoic acids concentration in rumen fluid and abomasal fluid are all increased.Part III: This study was conducted on perinatal stage milk goats, left displacement of abomasum (LDA) were created surgically, to find out the interfered with LDA in rumen fluid, abomasal fluid and blood. The results indicated that: after operation, potassium concentration in rumen fluid and abomasal fluid increased, however, serum potassium concentration decreased; chlorine concentration in rumen fluid and abomasal fluid increased, and serum chlorine concentration decreased. Comparing with low supplementation stage, magnesium concentration in rumen fluid and abomasal fluid increased, sodium concentration in rumen fluid and abomasal fluid decreased, and serum magnesium concentration decreased. The pH values of rumen content and abomasal fluid decreased simultaneously. Total acidity concentration in rumen fluid and abomasal fluid increased, acetic acid concentration in rumen fluid decreased, propionic acid concentration and butanoic acids concentration increased in rumen fluid, while, acetic acid concentration and propionic acid concentration in abomasal fluid increased, while butanoic acids concentration decreased.
