Rubus Suavissmus S. Lee, the English name of Sweet Tea, is the rosaseae family of a Rubus species in Guangxi specialty. It mainly grow in Liuzhou, Guilin, Wuzhou and other regions. It is reported that sweet tea has relieving a cough, moistening a lung, reducing a fever, and reducing the phlegm effects, it is widely used in food, health food and cosmetics fields. Our group has study sweet tea roots, leaves, flowers of characteristic. So far, however, still can not search the literature is reported for studying on the sweet tea fruit. In order to provide theoretical basis for studying sweet tea, the following four aspects of sweet tea from the fruit of research:1.Firstly,reaching the sweet tea fruit chemical composition of different polarity qualitative research, through qualitative analysis, we found petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, acetone and warter extract may contain steroids, terpenoids, organic acids, lactones and Hong bean element, essential oil, phenols, anthraquinones and alkaloids, tannins, flavonoids, sugars, polysaccharides and glycosides, 2,6 - deoxy sugar, saponin compounds. Does not contain cardiac glycosides,α,β-unsaturated lactone, amino acids, proteins, peptides and other compounds.2.Studied the sample of sweet tea fruit extracted by water scavenging free radical test and determination of total antioxidant capacity by spectrophotometry, and with the synthetic antioxidant BHT comparison. The results showed that: in the same concentration, scavenging free radical capacity:sample of sweet tea fruit extracted by water > BHT; the same concentration, the total antioxidant capacity: 0.5mg/mL sample of sweet tea fruit extracted by water > 0.5mg/mLBHT. From this, sample of sweet tea fruit extracted by water has strong scavenging free radical and antioxidant capacity.3.With sweet fruit as materials, solvent extraction, Study the water extracts of the fruit sweet tea by HPLC. The results showed that fruit does not contain quercetin, kaempferol and plants such as sweet tea flavonoid aglycones in common; and ellagic acid content of 0.58%.4.With the chloroform extract of the fruit sweet tea using silica gel column chromatography, recrystallization were isolated, from which five compounds were isolated by physical and chemical constants, IR, H1NMR, C13NMR, MS and identified as: Triacontanol(1),β-sitosterol (2), Palmitic acid(3), ursolic acid (4), oleanolic acid (5); to take the fruits of sweet tea after chloroform extraction residue, add water extraction and filtered, filtrate extracted with ethyl acetate extract dehydrated with anhydrous Na2SO4 part of solvent recovery, refrigeration, light yellow extract granular solid precipitation, washing drying, by IR, HPLC characterization of the structure proved to be tanned Ellagic acid (6).
