Micro-ecological Agents with the advantages of no adverse effect,no residues and no resistance are a focus research these days,so they became the substitute for antibiotics.At present,a large number of researches indicate that actic acid bacteria,Bacillus spp and its Metabolic Product had significant inhibition on pathogenic bacteria. MEA can activate immunologically competent cell and boost animals body's defence system. Yeast Culture Can promote the growth of beneficial bacterium, Inhibition of pathogens, improve immune ability of prevention, the treatment livestock and digestive system diseases have beneficial effects. The composite probiotics are made of strengthen the immunity function lactic acid bacteria, bacillus, yeast to verify the immune function of ruminant animals for probiotics, research and development and application in ruminant animals to provide scientific basis.Bacillus subtilis(BS), Lactobacillu acidophilus(LA), Streptococcus thermopiles(ST), feacium, brewers' yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida utilis are been as primary strains. Each primary strains has been resistance test, the antagonism toxicity test and being acidproof bile salts test, antagonism pathogen test. The common pathogens of antagonism strains has been screened for tolerance of ruminant animals in the digestive tract stomach acid and bile salts, Further to optimized the medium and conditions of fermentation of the sieve out strains,t Using solid mixed fermentation of probiotics to be compound preparation. Feeding trials, basal diet group of sheep adding 5% of the composite probiotics, 42 days, opsono-cytophagic test.and foot-and-mouth disease were determined.Research results show tha the seven strains were not mutually pre-selected strains of animals and antagonism of acidic environment safe, reliable and has certain tolerance. Bacillus subtilis,streptococcus thermophilus cultured and saccharomyces cerevisiae, produce ruan candida yeast tolerance of bile salts and has different degree of inhibition toEscherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus. So choosed them produce ruan candida for composite probiotics ideal strains.Solid-state fermentation screening group is divided into: bran 60%, soybean meal, corn 15 percent, glucose 2%, gelatin 3%. The conditions of fermentation optimization results for: fermentation temperature 34.5 degrees Celsius, 28h fermentation time. the sequence of inoculation was first streptococcus thermophilus cultured and saccharomyces cerevisiae, produce ruan candida yeast fermentation, fermentation 6h,theninoculatie bacillus subtilis fermentation 22h. Quantity for each strains of 5%, drying agents 55 degrees Celsius temperature, Stored at 60d does not exceed duration. opsono-cytophagic test results show that escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus colonies Obviously reduced in control group.After adding the whole sheep blood.testing foot-and-mouth disease results show that the cycle blood valence of antibody of test group sheep higher than those in the control group.Feeding the preparation that can improve the sheep phagocytes phagocytosis function, strengthen the immune function and animal disease-resistant ability. the preparation that can improve blood circulation of ruminant antibody levels, to strengthen the humoral immune function.
