| The hammer is one of the most important and easy-weared part of the feed grinders. During the grinding process of the grinder, the hammer get the repeating,high speed fiction from the material, there will be a sectional round corner and a tangential round corner on the blade of the hammer after working for a period of time, the round corners make the blade blunt and lower the frontal strike and cut effect, and lower the work efficiency of the feed grinder. Aim at the attrition characteristics of the feed grinder's hammers, via gas carburizing to research the hammers's self-grinding strengthen technics.The experiment did a partial gas carburizing to the hammers of the feed grinders, and via the observation of the metallurgical structure of different conditions, find the optimal parameter of the three kind of the carburized depth. Select the carburized depth,quenching temperature,temper temperature as the main facters, the carburized hardness of the hammers as the target, do the experiment, to find out the self-grinding effect of the feed grinders'hammers. Through the analysis of the result, the optimal carburized temperatures of the carburized depth of 0.3mm,0.5mm,0.8mm are 900℃,925℃,950℃; and when the carburized hardness reaches the optimum point, the quenching temperature is 800℃and the temper temperature is 195℃. Via abrasion experiment, the optimal self-grinding hammer is the 0.5mm and 0.8mm depth carburized.The findings provide the foundation to the research work of the self-grinding hammers of the feed grinders, and will give the advisory opinion to design the optimization of the self-grinding in the future. |
