Speaking of the He Tao irrigation area, soil salinization is primary problem of restraining the locality from developing agricultural production, discussion of groundwater and soil water, salt and its distribution in the region of structural is particularly important after implementing the water~sav ing reconstruction project, can offer certain scientific theoretical foundation for sustainable development of the irrigated area in the future. In this thesis, a large number of experimental data on the basis of a preliminary study of Indicator Kriging and analysis, 7,8,9,10 four different months of the five soil moisture and salt to a detailed analysis, and analysis of groundwater, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) From 2007 and 2008 statistical analysis of the table can be seen at various levels in 2007 were greater than the mean soil moisture levels in the same month in 2008 with the av erage soil moisture. Looked from the coefficient of variation and the variance that as a whole in 2008 smaller than in 2007, but the disparity is not very obvious, all belong to medium variability. From 2007 and 2008 statistical analysis of soil salinity can be seen in table salt in 2008 the overall average is less than the mean soil salinity of the same period in 2007.(2) From the statistical analysis of two year's groundwater, the groundwater in 2008 drops to some extent compared with 2007, but because the irrigation water volume of project area in 2008 more than in 2007, therefore the drop is not obvious. The groundwater coefficient of variation is basic varies slightly, all belong to medium (on the weak side) variability.(3)This paper has carried on the multi~dimensional linear regression using EC and the entire salty quantity to the six ions of ground water, and achieved better results, and provided a reference model basis for lack of monitoring data in large area. Principal axis factoring (main shaft factor law) in the factor analytic approach used in SPSS analyzed and drawn the conclusion, the influence degree to the groundwater EC value of project district, according to the arranged in order from small to big is HCO3
