In this research, based on 38 of resources of sunflower peasant materials, through the investigation of agronomic characters and agronomic traits of physiological indexes were after flowering, contract enzymes enzyme characterization levels were analyzed and appraisal. Main conclusions are as follows:1. In the late flowering, measured six sunflower function in physiological indexes in the blade, only soluble protein content were regulated mainly by the gene, the coefficient of genetics decided was 96.1%, and the performance of the gene was dominant effect; Other five indicators of the content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, proline, MDA and CAT's activity, they were all mainly regulated by the environment.2. By the six agronomic characters of survey, the gene regulation of playing a key role for the characters were plant height, single grain weight of a plate and the rate of setting . the genetic determination coefficient of plant height was 90.7%, the dominant effects greater than the additive effect, estimation of the characters were controlled at least six genetics.3. Heritability in the broad sense of setting rate was 78.14%( h2B = 78.14%), the additive effect and the dominant effect roughly in a the same level, hybrid performed advantages of hydrophilic in the characters, and the contribution rate of maternal was 46.9%, the contribution rate of paternal was 7.48%. and contribution rate of female×male interaction effect was 37.9%.4. Heritability in the broad sense of grain weght per head was 78.14%( h2B = 78.14%), it was mainly controled by additive gene,and the trait of hybrid showed heterobeltiosis, Furthermore its contribution rate was 99.2% by femaleparents.5. The stem diameter were affected and controlled by environmental factors, and the plate's diameter and leaves areas were quietly affected by the environmental effect and genetic effects, and the leaves of hybrid expressed mid-parent heterosis, and the contribution rate of maternal was 96.3%.6. The appraisal result and the evaluation in field were coincided with the POD enzyme of disease, Screened five materials which not only resistance to rust but also resistance to Verticillium,such as 96029, 96030, 96032, 96035, 96037;According to the theory of "gene-for-gene"to infer, the existed anti-rust genes may be a1a1a2a2a3a3a4a4a5a5 or a1a1a2a2A3A3a4a4a5a5.
