This paper study of different organs, different sexes, different growth stages of amino acids in Rhodiola, the results show that:the department and underground part of Rhodiola's amino acids and composition are different, the amino acid content of department are higher than underground. Different gender plant have different amino acid content, for different organs, Rhodiola root of the amino acid content is the most in females, gender strains, the male at least. Human body essential amino acid and amino acid content and most is to gender, stem of Rhodiola amino acid content is male, gender strains, females at least. Human body essential amino acids and amino acids in half must have the highest in the male; In leaves of rhodiola amino acid content is most females, the male strains, gender strains at least, human body essential amino acids, amino acid in half are most in females.This paper also studies the in vitro culture conditions of Rhodiola rosea may metabolic pathways of several control of the enzyme activity. By the seeds of nitrogen source at different ratio, sucrose concentration, different pH value of the medium of callus induction of TAL PAL, CA4H enzyme and enzyme activity are studied. The results were as follows:Different nitrogen source ratio, different sugar concentration, different medium pH callus induction organizations are the biggest PAL activity, Secondly is TAL enzymes, CA4H enzyme activity at least. subculture different between three enzymes are subculture 4 largest, secondly is subculture 3, subculture 2 is least. The change in MS culture content of nitrogen source affect enzymes, appropriate of ammonium nitrate and increase or reduce the content, can improve callus in PAL enzymes, potassium nitrate and ammoniumnitrate too low or high pal enzyme activity was reduced. Ammonium nitrate and potassium nitrate content from big contrast can make TAL enzymes improve. The content of potassium nitrate and ammonium nitrate and little change from control can reduce TAL enzyme activity, Ammonium nitrate and potassium nitrate content changes to CA4H enzymes had no significant influence.The change in MS culture of sucrose concentration effect enzyme activity, Sucrose increased concentrations may make PAL enzyme activity. Sucrose increased concentration of TAL enzyme activity was increased, But with no significant differences, And when the enzyme activity in low sugar concentration is very significant to reduce. The changes of sucrose concentration has no significant effect on CA4H enzyme activity. In the basic medium PH change when influence enzymes, pH lower can make PAL enzyme activity, pH5-5.8, TAL enzyme activity, pH value too much or too little can make TAL enzyme activity, pH change to CA4H enzymes had no significant influence.
