The Effect Of Palygorskite With NPK Fertilizers On The Growth Characteristics And Radix Hedyseri Active Ingredient Content

This article selected Radix Hedysari from Gansu provincial land medicine as the object of study, by field cultivation tests, The plant height, sub-shoot length, root length, reed head diameter, dry biomass of ground and underground parts and Radix Hedysari polysaccharide and the dynamic changes of total flavonoid content of Radix Hedysari were measured under NPK fertilizer with different amount of palygorskite and the single application of different amount of fertilizer palygorskite,investigate the affect of NPK fertilizer and palygorskite on the growth characteristics and active ingredient content of Radix Hedysari. By single factor experiments and orthogonal test select the optimum of ultrasonic extraction Radix Hedysari. In order to provide a reference for the fertilization,planting,harvesting and development of Radix Hedysari and the application of palygorskite in the planting of Radix Hedysari. The major findings are as follows:1. Impose 210:105:75 kg/hm2 NPK fertilizer can promote the growth of Radix Hedysari height in the growth early, the growth rate of plant height reached 9.51 percent, and enhance plant height and main root length of Radix Hedysari in the middle and late,and bold the reed head diameter, and increase the dry mass of ground and underground parts in the middle and late, so that production of Radix Hedysari increased 52.84%,polysaccharide content of ground part increased 34.57% and 11.43% in the late of 8 and 9 month, so that polysaccharide content of underground part increased 22.38%,13.73%,14.35%and 36.86% in the middle and late,to the total flavonoid content of the ground part increased 16.41% at the end of 10 month, increase flavonoid content of the underground in the sections in late of 8 month.2. The single application of Palygorskite can increase the height of Radix Hedysari, but has nothing to do with the dosage. Palygorskite of medium and high dosage has promoting effect on the growth of main root. Palygorskite of high dosage can promote the growth of branches long and increase dry mass of the ground part in the late, Palygorskite of medium and high dosage can increase dry mass of the underground part in the middle and late. Single application of palygorskite has little effect on the reed head diameter and yield of Radix Hedysari. High dosage polysaccharide can enhance polysaccharide content of aboveground part,and stay the decrease of the polysaccharide content of underground part and the total flavonoids content of aboveground part, increased polysaccharide and total flavonoids content in harvest.3. Palygorskite with NPK fertilization did not impact on the branch length and root length,had a promotion on the reed head diameter in the middle and late. High amount fertilizer with high dosage Palygorskite can increase plant height of Radix Hedysari and the reed head diameter in the late.Palygorskite with NPK fertilization can increase dry matter of aboveground part in the middle and later, and improve dry matter content of underground part,the effect of medium and high amount of Palygorskite with NPK fertilization is obvious. High amount of palygorskite and fertilizers increase yield significantly,so that the production increased 17.35%.The peak of Polysaccharide content of aboveground part ahead of time and increase polysaccharide content in the middle and later. Staying the decrease of the polysaccharide content of underground part and the total flavonoids content of aboveground part, increased polysaccharide and total flavonoids content in harvest. High amount of palygorskite and fertilizers can improve the total flavonoid content of underground part in the late.4. The best ultrasonic extraction conditions of Radix Hedysari were:ultrasonic temperature 80℃,extraction time 30min, ultrasonic power 128W, solid to liquid ratio 1:30.
