The Establishment Of Management System To Prevent Major Botanic Epidemics

Then the establishment of major Beijing interdiction techniques and plant disease management system will greatly enhance the city's interception of foreign invasive species ability to achieve agricultural plant. Also it can realize early detection, early fight to protect the agricultural production, ecological safety and public health.Also it will improve the response of alien invasion biological, to avoid ineffective measures, delay time, etc.Reduce the losses caused by disease and save manpower, material and financial resources, thus improving the government's scientific policy-making and management capacity.In this paper, a major plant in Beijing the epidemic as a building block system of research and research subjects. Through the whole studies of the plant diseases and the developing trend of information, we research of the home and abroad. It was developed based on ArcGIS Engine 9.2 block system of plant disease Based on the collection of Beijing plant disease and meteorological data. In order to focus on the epidemic early warning analysis and build a major plant in Beijing epidemic block system, monitoring system bases on dealing with the data that is from on Beijing data collection. System consists of six functional modules:data management modules, graphical management module, the epidemic model management module, meteorological data management module, statistical report module, maintenance module. System includes spatial information processing and analysis capabilities to facilitate access to epidemic trend.As the epidemic situation in Beijing it will support decision-making aid.
