Strawberry is herbage plant for long year's growth. Strawberry is berry with plenty nutrition named the queen of fruit. We can have fresh strawberry with shed planting from January to June now, but we have not from July to December. We can use chilling restraining planting to solve this problem for all year supply. Chilling restraining planting is a technique step that pulls the plant during the dormancy period out of the fields, and keeps it in a low temperature, forces it continue dormant, then plant it in a proper time in order to control the period of florescence and fructification. It is a difficult and absolutely necessarily measure to ensure the fresh strawberry's supply all the year round. In the abstract, if the natural condition is allowed, the plant can plant any time of the year from the storeroom and harvest.Six varieties of seeding of strawberry including big and small size (twelve disposes in total) were planted in 7/30, 8/10 and 8/20 after in cooling storage at 0℃for about 5 months. We chose thirty seeding of strawberry every group with three repetitions. Vegetal status of plant, observation of phonological period, physiological target, nutritional quality and output of strawberry fruit were researched after planting. Change of the dry substance, the soluble sugar, the starch content, the nitrogen of saltpeter form , the activity of CAT and POD were researched in cooling storage time. We got otherness between different varieties after planting with DPS2000和EXCEL to choose suited varieties of seeding of strawberry including big and small size for cooling storage, suited varieties of seeding of strawberry including big and small size for cooling restraining planting, suited period of planting, research change rule of related physiological targets and dormancy condition in cooling storage, analyze physiological targets about high temperature condition for offering scientific gist about cooling restraining planting to Hefei city even Jianghuai area. The results were:(1) The dry substance of seeding of strawberry decreased totally, the soluble sugar, the starch content and activity of CAT increased primarily then decreased, the turning point was sixty days after cooling storage, the nitrogen of saltpeter form increased primarily then decreased at last, the activity of POD increased all the time in cooling storage for 150 days.(2) The best variety of seeding of strawberry for cooling storage was big seeding of Hokowase, the better one was big seeding of Sagahonoka and Toyonoka, the big seeding was better than the small seeding for cooling storage.(3) Seeding of strawberry was dormancy and the nutrition decreased in cooling storage. We must choose strong seeding for cooling storage. (4) 8/20 was the suited period of planting. Its Surviving rate, vegetal nutrition status and outcome were much better than preceding group.(5) The best variety of seeding of strawberry for restraining planting was big seeding of Hokowase which Surviving rate was 99.20%, vegetal nutrition status was the best, phonological period was early, nutritional quality was best and output of fruit which was 158.69% higher than the small seeding of All star, the better one was big seeding of Sagahonoka and Honeoye, the big seeding was better than the small seeding for restraining planting that output of fruit of the big was 72.09%~168.77% higher than the small.(6) Seeding of strawberry grown in high temperature adversity. When the period of planting was delayed gradually, the energy of root and the content of chlorophyll increased gradually for the same variety of seeding of strawberry, the big seeding was more than the small seeding for the same variety of seeding of strawberry , the relative conductance, the content of dissociative proline and the content of MDA decreased gradually for the same variety of seeding of strawberry, the big seeding was less than the small seeding for the same variety of seeding of strawberry.
