In this paper, It sum up the preliminary research on effects of molybdenum in flue-cured tobacco varieties Yunyan85, K326, HongDa, CB-1 of studied in field and laboratory experiments. It related physiological and biochemical aspects of the principles and methods of tobacco, Analyzed and studied experimentally in flue-cured tobacco nitrate reductase activity and nitrate content, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, baking process of polyphenol oxidase (PPO), Vc oxidase (AAO) changes in the activity and Vc content, yield, value and grade of flue-cured tobacco, Main Results as follows:1 Molybdenum can improve the fertility of tobacco pre-NR activity and reduced nitrate content in tobacco, the pro molybdenumtion of tobacco pre-birth body NO3--N of the absorption and transformation of tobacco to reduce the soil available N at late growth stage of the supply.
