The high-efficiency potassium of varieties HEK-1(The number one of high-efficiency potassium) and HEK-2(The number two of high-efficiency potassium) were screened from potted plants in the pre-test of a number of potato varieties,in order to further study characteristics of them,this test the one set(0,82.5,165.0) kg/hm~2 three potassium levels,control is Mira,the use of two factors randomized block design and field cultivation Determinated the production of varieties in different potassium level,the dry matter of various parts and some physiological indices related to potassium,the following major findings:The fresh tubers yield of HEK-1 and HEK-2 were higher than the control Mila in each potassium level,HEK-1 was 17268.45 kg/hm~2 and HEK-2 was 16638.15 kg/hm~2 in the low potassium levels,more significant advantage.From the experiment,found out that the characteristics for high-efficiency potassium of HEK-1 were:in potassium deficiency or in low potassium levels,the dry matter accumulation of tubers were higher,leaves had a small amount of dry matter accumulation; roots and tubers of high potassium content and stems on the ground were low;the accumulation potassium of leaves and stems on the ground were less than normal potassium level;it had high potassium utilization rate and potassium absorption rate. HEK-2 were:in potassium deficiency or in low potassium levels,the dry matter accumulation of tubers also were higher;in the whole pre-fertility,high total content of chlorophyll;roots and stems on the ground have high dry matter accumulation;stems on the ground and tubers had high potassium content;roots and stems on the ground emitting a high level of potassium accumulation;it had high potassium absorption rate.For selected the best potash fertilizer dosage and fertilizer application methods of the fall potato with haulm no-tillage cultivation in areas of Ya'an,test the second utilied Favorita to material,set(0,90,180,270) kg/hm~2 four potassium levels,a one-time applied and 1/3 potash fertilizer in the period of tuber expansion again,contrast is non-fertilization,with randomized block design,no-tillage cultivation of haulm. Determination the production and the main quality indicators of the tubers,the dry matter of various parts,the following major findings:The recover 1/3 of potash fertilizer had the largest ware rate in 180 kg/hm~2 processing,was 52.0%.The fresh tubers yield of two forms maximum were both in 90 kg/hm~2,the recover 1/3 of potash was 16782.0 kg/hm~2,significantly higher than other treatments.Up 1/3 of potash fertilizer in 90 kg/hm~2 processing,the above-ground fresh weight and dry matter accumulation were the largest all treatments at each growth period;the roots and tubers of up 1/3 of potash and one-time processing had the maximum dry matter accumulation in 90 kg/hm~2 processing.The highest starch content in tuber dry matter both up 1/3 of potash and one-time processing were 13.98%and 13.53%in the 180 kg/hm~2;The lowest reducing sugar content in tubers were in 90 kg/hm~2 of two ways,up 1/3 of potash was 0.21%,one-time processing was 0.22%.Integrated to get the best treatment that the potash fertilizer dosage was 90 kg/hm~2 processing and 2/3 of potash fertilizer application one-time at seedtime,up 1/3 of potash fertilizer in the tuber expansion period.
