The experiment subjects chosed the three ages of Tianfu Rabbit and Harbin Rabbit, through PCR we clone AMPD1in Rabbit first time.To analyze the relation between IMP and AMPD1 gene in rabbit,the IMP was assayed by high efficiency liquid chromagraphy and and quantitation expression of the AMPD1gene by RT-PCR.We also assaye eight meet-index.The results were as follows:The 899bp AMPD1-DNA fragment was obtained by sequencing.The determined nucleotide sequences were compared pair wise for similarity,the results showed that, the sequences of AMPD1 gene in rabbit was between 89.4%~92.5%percent identify to the AMPD1 gene in humen,cow,,Sus scrofa and mus.Comparing the cotent of IMP in three ages of Tianfu Rabbit and Harbin Rabbit, relation beteew cotent of IMP and ages was conspicuous but breed.The cotent of IMP decreased while the ages grew.The cotent of IMP in Tianfu Rabbit was higher than what in Harbin Rabbit in three ages,and it is quiet.The express quantitation of AMPD1 gene of Tianfu Rabbit in 90 ages was the lo-West, it was decreased 46.79%(P<0.01) and 51.52%(0.05>P>0.01) comparaed to which in 40 ages and 70 ages.The express quantitation of AMPD1 gene of Harbin Rabbit in 90 ages was the lowest,which was decreased 53.06%(0.05>P>0.01) and 59.10%(0.05>P>0.01) comparaed to which in 40 ages and 70 ages.The express quantitation of AMPD1 gene of Tianfu Rabbit was higher than what in Harbin Rabbit in three ages.It is very conspicuous inverse correlation between ages and express quantitation of AMPD1 gene,and it is same to ages and the cotent of IMP.There is not relation between breed and express quantitation of AMPD1 gene,the same as ages and the cotent of IMP.It is very conspicuous direct correlation between express quantitation of AMPD1 gene and the cotent of IMP.The direct action between the cotent of IMP and other Three actions was that:P0.1=0.107,P0.2= -0.373,P0.3=0.335.The direct action betwe- en the cotent of IMP and ages was the highest,P0.2=-0.373.The indirect action express quantitation of AMPD1 gene and the cotent of IMP was the highest,it is 0.271.To analyze the IMF,IMP and other meet character,the results were that:it is very conspicuous Inverse correlation between cotent of IMP and diameter of muscle fiber (r=-697,P<0.01),it is conspicuous Inverse correlation between cotent of IMP and RMR(r=-0.451,0.05>P>0.01),it is inverse correlation between cotent of IMP and WBSF(r=-0.398,P>0.05).It is direct correlation between cotent of IMF and diameter of muscle fiber(r=0.399,P>0.05),and the same as to cotent of IMF and RMR (r=0.391,P>0.05).To analyze the meet index,the results were as follows:PH in longissimus muscle of back of Tianfu Rabbit is higher,and which is lower in muscle of leg.And the rate of decay of PH is higher in Harbin Rabbit.The meet of Tianfu Rabbit is more red.The RMR of Tianfu Rabbit is higher than the one in Harbin Rabbit,but the DL of Tianfu Rabbit Is lower than which in Harbin Rabbit.So the meet of Tianfu Rabbit have a good liquid-binding power.Tianfu Rabbit have more cotents of IMPand IMF,so the meet of Tianfu Rabbit have a good flavor,but the muscle fiber in Tianfu Rabbit is more eribble and have a weak tenderness.
