Fermented liquor is the by-product of making sugar, by adding yeast and fermentation, the waste water contains a lot of organic nutrients after dehydration, if drained directly, it will bring serious harm to valuable water. The nutrients in the fermented liquor are not only from saccharification and fermentation, mainly from the kinetics and the autolysate of metabolic products and kinetics.There are many kinds of nutriment with the high content of nutrient in the fermented liquor, and the content of dry component and crude protein is more than 20%. 50% Concentration of fermented liquor is disposed by advanced drying technology and equipment to produce yeast cultivation powder. Making use of mineral, amino acid and betaine in the fermented liquor and yeast cultivation powder being the feed additive abandons the single disposition of sewage. Treatment for yeast fermented liquor is the key to further processing of sugar-beet, involving the comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection, clean processing can resolve problem of fermented liquor pollution. We can use new technology to increase treatment capacity, diversification of products and added value to their products.In this paper, it studies the mixture of fermented liquor and bran, and adopts absorption-fluidized bed combination drying technology to study its drying characteristic. Through analysis about the drying character of fermented liquor, it provides reliable designing data for reasonable organizing drying production. It preliminary researches the impacting trend that changes of the mixture's height, temperature, mixing ratio and viscosity is on the rate of drying trend, and determines the feasible and effective drying process parameters when we use the adsorption fluidized bed drying technology to process fermented liquor.Using drying technology to process feed is effective methods in the use of resource. Experiments prove that we can choose that mixing ratio is 1:0.8, heating temperature is 90-100℃, and bed height is 100mm for the process which use adsorption fluidized bed drying technology to process fermented liquor, also we can get good drying effect and provide reliable design basis and reference for large-scale production.
