| China's crops straw stalk output is rich, effective utilization of biomass energy crops such as straw, is one of the important ways to solve our country's rural and urban life to the issue of using. And to speed up construction of rural methane gas and to develop ecological agriculture, is the theme of the new era of agricultural development, is also a well-off society in rural areas an effective way. Straw is characterized by a high cellulose content of wood, but the digestion ability of degradation of cellulose is weak for anaerobic microbial, resulting in the anaerobic digestibility of the straw stalk value low, and less gas, thus limiting the crop residues of biogas production scale applications. Before the traditional raw material gas is livestock manure, however, due to various reasons leading to backyard poultry farmers affected by the enthusiasm, such as, the aquaculture industry is now taken more than the way large-scale farming, and food price hikes led to a variety of reasons. Therefore, biogas digesters due to inadequate or lack of raw materials, the impact of the biogas production, and some raw materials due to non-fermented, non-gas digesters year, or even the phenomenon of abandoned pool.In order to solve the above problem, this article take the north common corn straw stalk as the research object, through rigorous scientific testing and careful, accurate data processing, Experimental Study on fermentation of corn stalk dry gas, has been content with the following major findings:The first,pretreatment of corn stover in the determination of optimum conditions. By orthogonal test method of the best corn stover pretreatment conditions, the pilot analysis: corn stalk dry fermentation biogas pre-treatment the best conditions: the volume of its adding bacteria compound 0.25% ,to 70% moisture content, stack ret temperature of 50℃and the time of inoculum 80h after inoculation.The second,dry corn stalk fermentation to determine the optimum conditions. Similarly, by the method of orthogonal experimental dry fermented corn stalk the best conditions, test analysis: dry fermented corn stalk the best conditions: inoculum at 25% ,concentration of liquid 25%, its adding 75g /m3 and the pH value of 7.0.The third, under optimum conditions dried corn stalks methane fermentation test. Test to select three groups of corn stalks, to study complex agents by adding pre-processing and dry fermentation enhancers, the main components of corn stalk content the situation changes and the impact of gas production. The study found: corn stalk increases after pretreatment agent compound, composition occurred in conducive to anaerobic fermentation of the change, easy to start a successful and difficult to acidification, and, together with the promoter in favor of dry fermentation, and gas production has been increased.At the same time, test results are: dry corn stalks in methane fermentation technology for the best conditions, increase together with the compound after pretreatment agents to promote stem fermentation agents, can effectively promote the straw dry methane fermentation, gas production volume without pretreatment agents to enhance composite 40.8%. |
