Study On Selection And Characteristics Of The Acer Negundo L.'Qingzhu'

The experiment through contrast test introduced Acer negundo from Haerbin, WuHan , BeiJing and PingDingShan city selected the the Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'in PingDingShan as superior individual plant. Moreover the resistant and regional test of the Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'were studied. The main results are as follows:1. The experiment studied the tree height ,DBH and crown width of the Acer negundo from from Haerbin, WuHan,BeiJing and PingDingShan. And the Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'was selected as superior individual plant.2.The phenophase and biological characteristics of Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'were observed .The result showed it has enjoyment and grows rapidly.3.The drought stress, flooding stress, salt stress and low temperature stress experiments of Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'were studied. The result showed this variety has strong resistance. It could grow normally at the situation of flooding 24 days or low temperature -24℃.At adversity conditions the antioxidant enzymes of Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'had high activity .So it has strong drought-resistance and salt-resistance activity.4.The adaptability of Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'was studied through regional test. The results showed that Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'has the excellent characteristic and stability.Meanwhile it has strong disease-resistance and insect pest resistance .So it could be cultivated in most area of China.
