Fuji is prevalent product both in national and international markets with a very nice quality since its inception, and has become the variety of first choice of a late ripening apple. But Fuji is easy to infect Physollospora piricola, the tree is weakens after infected, and even dead. It is seriously restricting the development of Chinese industry. At present, the way of spraying chemical pesticides is used to combat with Apple Physalospora, but it will increase the amount of pesticide residues in fruits if we use the chemical pesticides a large number of longterm. It has a strong impact on the production and marketing of no-pollution fruits. There has been very difficult to increase the quantity and quality of fuji if we sprayed chemical pesticides to combat with Physollospora piricola. Breeding good disease-resistant rootstocks is become the urgent tasks of researchers.Yantai Academy of Agricultural Sciences found the Apple plants YG, which have a very strong resistance Physalospora, with YG for rootstock It can significantly improve the Fuji to resisted Physalospora Apple, and effectively reduce the incidence of Physalospora. At present, there has not been reported the effect of fuji on disease-resistant rootstock YG.. In this study, I will find the Effect of disease-resistant rootstock on biological and physiological characteristics of Fuji from the morphological, Resistance Disease , Fruit Quality and Physiological Characteristics, with material of Fuji / YG / Malus robusta and Fuji / Malus robusta. The main results were as follows:The incidence of disease was lower in the field when the trees were young. Along with trees aging, There are different at different rootstock resistance, It is: Fuji / YG / Malus robusta > Fuji / Malus robusta; the influence of the leaf blade shape, the fruit size, the fruit shape index, fruit fresh hardness and the output is not obvious. The YG rootstock can increase sugar content and the branch panel length of the red Fuji. The leaves of Fuji were inoculated by Physollospora piricola. The MDA contents of Fuji/Malus robusta were higher than that of Fuji/YG/ Malus robusta. Enzyme activation of Fuji leaves were all improved obviously and that increased degrees of enzyme activation, but the basal trends are the same. The peak of enzyme activation appears in different phases. The activities of phenylalanine aminolyase (PAL), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) of both varieties rose firstly and then declined. And their activities in Fuji/ Malus robusta varieties appeared lower than that of Fuji/YG/ Malus robusta. And the peak appeared lower than Fuji/YG/ Malus robusta cultivars. The catalase (CAT) activity formed cycles of rising and declining in the both varieties. The PPO activity of Fuji/ Malus robusta varieties became higher compared to Fuji/YG/ Malus robusta in the earlier period but lower in the later part. The peak of PPO was higher than that of Fuji/YG/ Malus robusta. In Fuji/ Malus robusta and Fuji/ YG / Malus robusta, the main fruit aromatic substances are esters and alcohols, esters are also significantly higher than alcohol content, the relative content and types of fruit esters in Fuji / Malus robusta are more than that in Fuji / YG / Malus robusta. There is difference at the thickness of leaf cuticle, and the difference is obvious: Fuji/YG/Malus robusta> Fuji/Malus robusta.
