Studies On Empathema Effects Of Exogenous Hormones Inducing Nyctereutes Procyonoides

Genital hormones played the crucial roles in the breeding procedure of females, which controlled females'empathema,ovulation and cyesis.Some scholars had utilized exogenous hormones to control females'empathema and ovulation in cows,sheeps,pigs,foxes deers and so on,but few about Nyctereutes procyonoides.The clinical healthy 21 Nyctereutes procyonoides had been divided into the control group,the dioestrus group and the pro-oestrus group;utilized PMSG,FSH and LRH-A3 to deal with the dioestrus group and the pro-oestrus group to observe the changes of empathema rate,main generation hormones in blood plasm(FSH,LH,E2 and P4),cell factors(IL-1βand IL-6) and the uterus and ovaries'histology of progravid phase of the three groups.The results indicated that the empathema rate of the pro-oestrus group and the dioestrus group(100%,85.7%) were more than the control group(57.1%);the prophase days of the pro-oestrus group and the dioestrus group were shorter than the control group.The contents of main generation hormones and cell factors in blood plasm during 4 days before empathema and 11 days after cyophoria indicated that the contents of FSH in blood plasm of the pro-oestrus group and the dioestrus group were more than control group(P<0.05);the contents of LH in blood plasm of the pro-oestrus group and the dioestrus group were more than the control group(P<0.01);the contents of P4 in blood plasm of the three groups had not significant difference(P>0.05);the contents of E2 in blood plasm of the pro-oestrus group and the dioestrus group were more than the control group,but had not significant difference(P>0.05);the contents of IL-1βin blood plasm of the pro-oestrus group were more than the control group and the dioestrus group(P<0.05);the contents of IL-6 in blood plasm of the three groups had not significant difference(P>0.05).We can see from to the tendencies of contents changements that the contents of FSH in blood plasm arrived to the tops before breeding one days;the contents of LH in blood plasm arrived to the tops when breeding;the contents of P4 in blood plasm were rising afer breeding;the contents of E2 in blood plasm arrived to the tops before breeding 1 day;the contents of IL-1βin blood plasm were rising;the contents of IL-6 in blood plasm were rising in the early days yophoria.The uterus ovaries weight/body weigh of the pro-oestrus group and the control group had significant difference(P<0.05),the uterus ovaries weight/body weigh of the pro-oestrus group and the dioestrus group had not significant difference(P>0.05);froming to ovulation numbers,the ovulation numbers of the pro-oestrus group and the dioestrus group and the control group had extremely significant difference(P<0.01).We can see from the tissue sections that endometria were thickening,blood capillaries'lumens were aggrandizing and glandulae uterinae were developing better after encyesis;follicle cells and tunica interna of theca folliculi cells were growing to become to luteal cells afer vulating.In short,the testing indicated that PMSG,FSH and LRH-A3 were not only inducing empathema,short prophase days,but also arrived to synchronization of estrus and raised empathema rate and ovulation numbers.
