we take tillage black soil as the object of study in Heilongjiang Province Shuangcheng Dongxing Village. In this experiment, treament is for 5, repeat 3 times, the crop is corn. According to 5 treatments of inorganic fertilizer combined with organic in different properties for one year experiment. Through laboratory analysis, a systematic study was made on the dynamics trends of soil organic carbon during the corn growth period, soil active organic carbon and soil carbon pool management index at the corn complete ripeness stage., the relationships between soil enzyme activity and soil carbon pool, effect on corn yield and economic benefits of different fertilizer treatments. The results as follows:1.Different proportion of organc and inorganic fertilizer has a significant effect on soil organic carbon, which is under the same level of nitrogen. TOCN3M3 > TOCN4M2 > TOCN6M0, soil active organic carbon as proportion of organic fertilizer have increased as the growth trend, but did not show significant level; when the proportion of organc fertilizer below 1/3, the increase in organic carbon decomposition is less than the acumulation. However, the increase is not obvious; when the proportion near 1/2, TOC and CPMI have increased significantly, the maximums of CPMI and TOC occurred in the treatment of 66.67% organic fertilizer and 33.33% inorganic fertilizer.2.Soil organic carbon was increasing after the corn sowing season, and decreasing between the period of male coming out stage and grouting stage. It has decreased significantly in the grouting stage. when the proportion of inorganic and organic fertilizer content near 1:1, the N3M3 treatment showed the most significant trends during the dynamic changes in the entire process.3.In addition to N6M0, N2M4 treatment, orther treatments have a retatively consistent trend with carbon pool management index, activity index, carbon pool index. When the proportion of inorganic and organic fertilizer content near 1:1(N3M3), carbon pool management index, activity index, carbon pool index and the production have a apperantly increase.4.Soil organic carbon have close relationship with soil urease activity, soil catalase activity,soil invertase activity. In contrast, Correlativity analysising between soil enzyme and organic carbon of different fertilizer treatments have a better advatage.5.With the increase in the proportion of organic fertilizer, the number of soil bacteria and fungus raised. The number of soil bacteria of N2M4 were significantly different with N4M2 and M6N0. Fertilizer applied previously affect the soil bacteria number can be inferred from N6M0 decreased the number of bacteria.The number of the corn rhziosphere fungi were significant different for different treatments. As the proportion of organic fertilizer, the quantity of fungi and bacteria did not show the similar trend.6. Treatments have different effects on corn yield, but not significant for different treatments. Different fertilizer treatments on corn yield under the impact of differences. On the economic point of view, N5M1 and N3M3 have the relatively high yield, on the comprehensive productivity , N3M3 treatment is the most prominent and will bring long-term benefits.
