In recent years,the environmental pollution caused by heavy metal has brought extensive attention.Cd2+ is environmental pollution and has toxic effect on organism.This experiment studied the growth of Pisum sativum L. under different concentration of Cd2+ stress,which offered some evidence on studying the damage of Pisum sativum L. under Cd2+ Stress and how Pisum sativum L. could resist the damage of Cd2+.Furthermore,we also researched the growth and antioxidant effects of Pisum sativum L. under Cd2+-SA compounds stress,which offered some evidence on how SA alleviated the damage of Cd2+.The results were as follows:1.The germination of Pisum sativum L. under different concentration of Cd2+ and Cd2+-SA compounds:certain concentration of Cd2+ affected the germination remarkably.The germination increased notably under 0.5 mg/L Cd2+;The germination rate,germination energy decreased fastly with the increasing concentration of 40 mg/L Cd2+.Certain concentration of Cd2+-SA compounds affected the germination of Pisum sativum L. also remarkably.The germination of Pisum sativum L. increased notably under 2 mg/L Cd2+ and 50 mg/L SA compounds;The germination rate,germination energy,germination index,vigor index andα-amylase activity decreased fastly with the increasing concentration of 2 mg/L Cd2+ and 200 mg/L SA compounds,and the germination of Pisum sativum L. inhibited distinctly.2.The effect of growth of Pisum sativum L. seeding under different concentration of Cd2+:when concentration of Cd2+≦0.5 mg/L,it had remarkable effect on growth,shoot length,root length,root of vigor,content of chlorophyll,antioxidant enzyme activity,content of soluble protein,soluble candy and free proline all increased;but shoot length,root length,root vigor,content of chlorophyll,antioxidant enzyme activity,content of soluble protein,soluble candy and free proline decreased,and MDA content increased,and the growth inhibited seriously with the increasing concentration of Cd2+,furthermore,and the inhibition of root was more serious than leaf.3.the growth effct of Pisum sativum L. seeding under different concentration of Cd2+-SA compounds:the growth was greatly inhibited,root vigor,chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme and the content of soluble protein,free proline and soluble candy decreased and the content of MDA increased under very high concentration of Cd2+-SA compounds;and the growth was promoted;but root vigor, chlorophyll,antioxidant enzyme and the content of soluble protein,free proline and soluble candy increased,and the content of MDA decreased under certain concentration of 2 mg/L Cd2+ and 50 mg/L SA compound;so we could confer certain concentration of SA could alleviate the damage of Cd2+.In general,we can add certain concentration of SA to soil which cultivate Pisum sativum L. under pollution of certain concentration of Cd2+,which will bring economic and economical advantage,and is an available method to improve and make use of heavy-metal polluted soil.
