The fog-carrying pesticide application technique is a high effective, low-cost method for chemical control of insect pests, forestry diseases protection and public health protection. In this paper, it is the first time to study the control system of steady combustion fogger which is suitable for large-area forest in domestic.An automatic control system of steady combustion fogger was developed. C8051F020 MCU was used as CPU, LCD12K64 was used as LCD Module, and thermocouple was used as temperature sensor. To achieve the level of intelligence and humanity, the system were achieved with the operational human-machine interface of automatical flow control, ignition control, remote control and visiable control.The working principle of the steady combustion fogger was introduced. The general design scheme of control system was proposed and a flow regulation value driven by stepping motor was designed. The digital flow regulation was achieved.The control system was introduced from the aspects of hardware and software. Then a temperature control algorithm was proposed and the function of automatical flow regulation that depended on the temperature of the nozzle inside was achieved. The circuit structure was simplified by using thermocouple and MAX6675 together.The practical performance test had been conducted and it was shown that all the functions were achieved.The research on control system of steady combustion fogger will improve the steady combustion fogger's intelligence, reasonability and advancement. It is beneficial for the further research and application of the steady combustion fogger.
