The materials for the study,including Brassica napus L.Vivipary materials (H0423,MC,B25) and general materials(HZ9313,S6AB,G1-3),hybrid combinations (combination 1:Vivipary S6AB×materials,combination 2:HZ9313×Vivipary material) from F1,RF1,F2,B1,B2 generations.Brassica napus L.for Vivipary the studied traits.The main results are as follows:1.In the study,16d after flowering seeds of materials H0423,MC began Vivipary phenomenon,Vivipary initial whole-plant rates were 6.50%and 9.50%,25d after flowering seeds of B25 began Vivipary phenomenon,Vivipary initial whole-plant rate of 1.83%,its Vivipary rates were much lower than H0423,MC.Vivipary rape occurred in 16d-40d after the flowering period,Vivipary rate in 40d after flowering to achieve stability,followed by no increase in the rate Vivipary.2.10d-40d after flowering,the Vivipary rate as the seed matures and the development of a significant increase,the material in 10d-40d,Vivipary the rate of whole-plant,main branch Vivipary rate,the rate of collateral Vivipary with the flowering time was very significant positive correlation.3.the whole-plant Vivipary rate,main branch Vivipary rate,collateral Vivipary data rate of the three study groups found Vivipary different materials between the rate of significant difference,it may be due to a difference of genetic background,thus Vivipary different materials gravity of the situation of a great difference.4.the results indicated that the three materials(H0423,MC,B25) Vivipary the main branch of the rate and collateral Vivipary has no significant difference in the rate.Vivipary site has nothing to do with the host plant.5.the ABA's curve of general material showing a bimodal-shaped curve,which curve may be with this experiment is a rape of the entire pod(shell and seeds) were measured,and the 1st of the ABA content of the peak may be caused by shell and seed of ABA due to the volume of the stack,and the 2nd peak of ABA content might be the seed pod after flowering of the 20d All about the new generation,and material Vivipary in 15d-40d there have been no increase in ABA content.May be inferred therefore Vivipary seed material in the synthesis of ABA problems,leading to normal seed dormancy,and the occurrence of Vivipary.Vivipary materials(H0423,MC,B25) and general materials(HZ9313,S6AB,G1-3) pod after flowering in rapeseed pod development section of the GA content of the highest 1d to 40d of this period the decline in both trend.Different materials of GA/ABA value curve varies.6.20d-40d after flowering,the ABA Vivipary material content and their respective hormone Vivipary rate was significantly negatively correlated,ABA in the period(late mature pod) to suppress the Vivipary role.After flowering the first 20 and the 25d Vivipary materials(H0423,MC,B25) of the GA pod hormones Vivipary and their respective rate was significantly positively correlated,in the flowers after the 30d,40d, Vivipary material(H0423,MC,B25) of the GA pod hormones Vivipary and their was no significant correlation,so that the GA may have a certain Vivipary role,but its role may be in the early pod development,and in the development of late whether the promotion of the role to be further study.Spent the first 20d,25d of the material Vivipary(H0423,MC,B25) pod of GA/ABA value Vivipary respective rate was significantly positively correlated,after flowering the first 30d,40d of the material Vivipary(H0423,MC,B25) pod of GA/ABA value Vivipary their was no significant correlation.The result could be a GA at an early stage in the development of dominant, but the steady decline in the role of weakening.7.according to six generations of materials genetic analysis of the mature seed traits Vivipary after an inspection found that Vivipary traits is controlled by nuclear genes,no Vivipary was dominant on Vivipary no cytoplasmic effect.Separation of the three generations of the genetic model for the establishment of further analysis,that a rape-free Vivipary Vivipary of the traits were dominant,Vivipary genetic traits by two pairs of gene control,and have overlapping roles,that is,as long as there is a dominant gene exist,then the dominant trait Vivipary be no performance,but only two pairs of recessive genes are the offspring seeds to demonstrate the phenomenon Vivipary.
